Fact about cinemon is his voice actor was a jamaican named Samuel E Write he also voiced sebastian in the little mermaid. People claiming racism about the characters accent makes no sense since it's how the voice actor talks irl.

I still don't understand why they changed CinnaMon even to this day cuz I'll tell you one thing from experience, Jamaicans are the most unbothered people ever so there's no reason people would be offended that CinnaMon is Jamaican and hell it gave bro character

Look at how they massacred my boy! But seriously, I still remember Apple Jacks pre-"Cinnamon & Bad-Apple" early 2000's era as well as their reveal in 2004. Iconic marketing. Sadly, this kind of "30-second cartoon" marketing is likely dying-off for good alongside the television cartoon-blocks they inhabited. Kids' attentions are just directed elsewhere, between streaming, video games, and the internet as a whole. The times, they are a-changin'.

CinnaMan was one of the coolest cereal characters maybe next to Toucan Sam. Bad Apple reminds me of Crazy Frog.

I looked up this video after noticing the new designs looked so bland, after having mentioned to friends the maze on the back of the box can’t be solved. Now I know why, the mascot changes were made without fully updating the back of the box so the new designs cover more area than they should. 14:52

- That first ad is so cursed I remember seeing something like that, maybe even that ad lol. Coming back to these commercials (after so many years) always brings a smile to my face.😊 Both from seeing how different marketing was back then, compared to now. As well as also pure nostalgia, and high excited I was to see new commercials like these. Speaking of commercials with storylines. I always seem to recall the (Cheetos) Undercover Chester ads. Anyways, thanks again for this fun nostalgia trip/history lesson. Also, I can tell that your using the main theme of Funkiki Island in the background. Nice choice of music.😀
