I've found that it's best to glaze cinnamon rolls as soon as they come out of the oven! Have the glaze ready, and drizzle a thin, even layer right when you take them out. It keeps them soft and perfect.
Laura in the kitchen has became my cooking bible Laura and you my inspiration!! I make something I like to call like 'Caramel Banana rolls'. They are a mixture of your pumpkin cinnamon rolls (dough, using banana puree instead of pumpkin); caramel (apple sticky buns topping) and apple pie cinnamon rolls (filling with sliced banana). They are AMAZING!! I do love you so much! Can't even spend one day without cooking and laughing with you at the same time. Love you!

If you want to refrigerate the dough overnight you must do it AFTER the first rise . Once in the fridge the dough could be used giving a good result , up to 4 days after ,that's the way I bake my French baguette daily but make the dough only once a week . thank you Laura for your wonderful job .
I like Laura. she is so clean and I really like the fact that she cooks with no jewelry on her hands while she touches food. I've seen some really interesting people make delicious dishes and totally grose me out when I see them prep and cooking with jewelry on their hands while they touch the food.
Laura this is so crazy. I was planning on making these for friendsgiving and just use one of ur old recipes but adjust it by adding apples. Somehow you came through and I'm in utter shock. U r a godsend!!
I really like this dough. It works for me every time. If the cream cheese is not softened, the powder sugar will clump and no matter what you do, it will not dissolve. Found that out the hard way.
I wish I had the patience to learn to cook all these recipes. My mouth is drooling. I want to make everything lol. Fitness better become my best friend if I want to tackle all these recipes. Thank you for you videos!
Been a long time fan, and have made so many of your recipes and i have to say this was so amazing, I halfed the recipe ingredients and made 8 cinnamon rolls plus i didn't add the egg made it vegan and i have to say it was amazing. My whole family loved it, your first ever recipe i made was the vegetarian cacciatore, I'm not vegan or vegetarian but my wife is and she loves all the food i cook from your videos thank you 😊 keep up the good work
I think it would be cool for you to do a cooking tips video series where you show how to properly proof yeast, kitchen essentials, things you always have on hand etc.
