I had a Series 2 since January 2017, which is still working now. But I thought I needed the Series 9. I’m older now, more accident prone, and also starting to have those age-related illnesses. So I thought it would be good to upgrade to the Series 9 for the crash and fall detection, the ECG, the blood oxygen (I’m in the Philippines, and blood oxygen is enabled in Apple Watches purchased here). Plus the cycle tracking (for perimenopause, not for fertility). And I am very very happy with the decision. I have the 41mm Starlight.

I have got the series 9. It’s ok but I find the heart rate tracking is not consistent. When I do a run the HR time line had large random missing gaps. Coming from a cheap garmin which was 100% consistent its frustrating. I am going to have get a HR chest strap which is crazy

Just to let you know that the double tap feature came out with watchOS 10.1 that apple just launched today, you don’t have to go through accessibility settings just upgrade your watch.

Yes you still need to enable it via accessbility in settings or it will not work. This goes for older models too.

@@MannyRataul I work at apple and there are completely different features, double tap it’s available just for Apple Watch series 9 and ultra 2 assistive touch is available in all Apple Watches, you can difference because of the icon every time you tap with your fingers, love the video though, good content!

@@MannyRataul Double tap is only available on the Series 9. The accessibility feature doesn't work as well and works on older models too

I cant compare it to the 8 and apologies for not touching on in the video, but I get a full days use with still 25-30% left at the end of the day. This is about 10 hours of wear with the workout activity used. I hope this helps!
