So glad you're here for a visit! My name is Calypso and my husband Gus and I would love to welcome you to our little home/cottage in Southern California. We are nestled at the foothills of a small mountain range, and we love it here. We have lived here for almost 2 years this June. We love our home/cottage so much, that we decided to give it a name. We settled on the name of Frau Holle Cottage after German Goddess of Winter. You see.....our first Winter here at Frau Holle Cottage was Magical. We received 3 or 4 days of snow, and everyone said that they had not seen that much snow in 20 years in town. It does snow here but it usually melts quickly. I was thrilled because I adore the season of Winter because for us living in Southern California, snow is a treat.....unless of course you live in the upper mountain communities.

GLUTEN FREE CHOCOLATE COOKIE BROWNIES -
INGREDIENTS - 1 Cup of Almond Flour - 2 Ripe Bananas - 2 Eggs - 1/2 tsp Baking Soda - 2 Tbls Unsweetened Cocoa Powder - 1/2 cup of or a little more of Dark Chocolate Chips.
Mix your wet ingredients first - bananas & eggs - then add the other ingredients.
Cook at a 350 for about 8 minutes. Keep an eye on them - SERVE with Zero Calorie Whip Cream.
