@@jban4457 what I’m saying is the membrane should be at least 8 inches above the transition and the shingle start a minimum of 2 inches from the transition
The commentator says ,It's an easy installation and then says don't attempt to install this product without proper training. Folks, it's not an easy installation. Look at how many workers are needed to control and install the material.
trust me, you can do this yourself, one person on a simple flat roof. The split release film allows you to lay it flat, and just pull the film from under it. I did my own roof with flintlastic . You don't have to fold it back so high like they do in this video.
