Today's video is my April and May Sewing Makes. I have made a video of everything I made during these two months.
April and May were the Sew Autumn Denim challenge months, so I didn't make as much as I would have liked. Today's video is jam packed with all the make from two months worth of making.

To give more room you could add a row of the contrasting fabric to each side. That works perfectly for me when I need a little room. It’s a nice skirt

I love that Anna Allen blouse with the scoop- you could gather the back neck line to hold it on your shoulders? Its lovely!

If the skirt still doesn't fit your daughter, if you still have some of that lighter colour denim, you could add a panel stripe down each side from it, to widen it and it would look like a design feature since those side stripes are in fashion right now. Then you could even add a couple of patch pockets in that fabric. Otherwise, if you have a third denim, that would work too.

I wonder if you gathered the back neck of the Anthea somehow, either elastic or gathers into the band, it would fix the fit issues. Your hair would cover up the back neck.

That would work. I really don't think it will be noticeable. The ruffle is there to hide it. I think when I sewed the ruffle on I stretched out the gathers a bit. It's so lovely to chat. Thanks so much for spending time with me ❤ ❤

For the cute black and white top you could get bra things that will keep it from falling off your shoulders and slinking down in the front. I gave up and put snaps (poppers) on the tops of all my bra straps and the other side of the snaps on the insides of my tops that tend to slink down and show too much cleavage.
