Hey, I have the same scooter. I am a noob :-D I have a question. On your new exhaust are not the "pipes" going in like the original. You can see it very good at minute 3:55. This two small boxes over the exhaust. What are these boxes? And does it not matter that the pipes or hoses not going in the exhaust? Would be a great help if you could answer me this. Because I am searching for an exhaust and no exhaust has this holes...
Honestly, with the right tools, its pretty simple. the cylinder is held by 4 bolts and its just remove and swap (unless the piston diameter gets bigger, in that case you have to buy and swap the piston). After the whole cylinder swap, you have to regulate the gas-air ratio, and most likely you'll have to buy new jets and try them. after that you'll probably want to change the rollers from your variator and the contrast spring (this gives you more acceleration and slightly better top speed, if done correctly). I have the same scooter as this guy in the video with a slightly more serious mods.
Hi I also have the scooter and my acceleration is bad despite multivar 2000 the counter pressure spring included is also installed. exhaust is a sito plus open. the only thing i still have in it is the piece of metal between the air filter and carburetor ... but when i take this out it makes strange noises when i go full throttle than when i would drive without an air filter ... i installed a 62mm nozzle wwar already with a 75 nozzle ... if you could help me i would be very grateful. greets from germany^^
and im thinking to put on gianneli extra v2, but my friends are saying that i will need to change the main jet, but maybe i can try lifting the needle? whats your opinion on this
hi I have the same scooter as you I would like to know if I change the original barrel of the variator with a smooth barrel I will win a lot in speed by being all original
If you change the barrel you will get small increase of speed, but if you get some sports exhaust and barrel you will get much more acceleration and top speed increases to 80kmh
@@Jure-cp1qk I have changed my exhaust to tecnigas, variator to carenzi and removed all restrictions expect air filter plate and it only goes 60kmh. Please help.

Il prend un peu plus pour ma part mais il faut changer ton système de transmission si tu veut plus daccel jai un vario d'origine débrider avec des galet de 5.5 et l'accélération est tes bonne
