I love your work outs, Tracy. I am 72 years old, and while I do other workouts, I am able to do more cardio in the water … I can do the jumps, the kicks, the jacks which I am not comfortable doing ‘on land’. I like the variety in movements, in intensity, in length of time, and the equipment used. Indeed, I do not get bored at all… time flies when I am in the water with your workouts. Thank you so very much!

Your comments are very much appreciated. Thanks for taking the time to share. Yes, the water can be such a liberating place! I feel like a kid as my body can do so much more than on land AND it feels better. Keep with it and it will help you stay fit as you navigate those years ahead.

I’m 67 and still working remotely. I joined my local gym in December primarily because of their indoor pool. I took a few water aerobics classes and was sold! More often than not, I’ve be unable to attend classes due to work constraints so I searched RU-vid and found your videos. I set up my iPhone in a protective sheath from Amazon, and away I go! I’ve been using the 37 minute one at least once a week and now that I’ve discovered this one to add to my routine, I’m making it my intention to go at least twice a week. I feel so much better after doing these workouts I’m incentivized to do more! Thank you for your wonderful videos!! 😊😍😎

Hello Stacy. Thank you for this,all range of exercises. I follow one or two of your classes every day. I cant do .landies because of old knees ! Again you keep me fit🎉🎉❤

With the knees, I can certainly understand....mine aren't always too thrilled to do land workouts either. That is one reason I found my way into the water fitness. Keep moving in your pool whenever you feel up to it to keep your body strong and flexible.

I love you videos I use them on the days I don't have water aerobics. Which is on tue and thur when I go to esporta fitness and use my tablet to watch and exercise.

Absolutely loved this one. I especially loved that it included a warm up and cool down. The yoga in the water at the end was a special treat. I just completed this one this afternoon on a 92 degree day in South Jersey. Thanks for posting these.

I really enjoyed this. Great mix of variety and repetition....so i got the hang of things but never got bored. Loved the underwater cam though itd be great to use it when first introducing a move vs a bit later (taught years ago but no cert, just kinda led stuff id seen when i took class ... they asked me to lead when someone quit)

Water fitness can certainly do that! :-) Seems so easy at the time that it is more fun than exercise. Be sure to hydrate, eat healthy and get adequate recovery to help you recover from your workouts.

Tita I totally agree. I have lymphedema in my legs so doing water exercises are the best.
