Worst service .No responce in team customer care executive. Escalation department also worst not giving proper reply I write my problem till ceo of customer care but still in pending.There is no knowledge to find the rootcaust it will take time too long .not support for customer only agree with engineer and service center So any one don't buy this product totally waste of money

After sale services are worst. After refusing to avail services after 1 year, the technician purposely didn't connect 2 filters and hence instead of 4 internal filters, only 2 was functional.

After purchase of product for 1st year one service visit is free which they don't even bother to come. When 1 year is completed then they call and ask to take AMC plan. They just want to make money through AMC . Not even one call in first year.

🛑🛑Newer buy Aqua guard Gold AMC ... I have purchased it on 07/03/24 but still after 13 days of my followup company have not changed my Filters . My service request is still pending... No response from customer care... Erveryday they promiss to solve my problem within 48 hrs... Customer care calls are also chargeble.. company is not refunding my money... It's total Fraud... Beawear🛑🛑
