I love these reactions! Please do more pitch meetings !! And what I actually found different in this movie was the fact that the villan came back. You don.t see that too often, but done right it could bring more depth to the character to discover more of them

Honestly, I think I would have liked it more had Patrick Wilson been cast as Aquaman or if he gets cast in the role for the new DCU. To me he seemed like the one playing his role the best and was the highlight of the film and I think he'd be a better Aquaman than Jason Momoa who really just played himself.

He is a good Aquaman and resembles the comic book. BTW Aquaman in the comics isn't supposed to be so buff. Jason Momoa is miscast.

Interesting. I like that take. Yeah. That works. I can see his interpretation having even more potential of character development and depths mined just by his casting alone. I like Jason. He made Aquaman instantly not a joke which up till him for the last 70 years that's all this character had been. Jason put the sea king on the map.

@@emanuelrodriguez9044 How would you compare it to Antman 3? Because Antman 3 reminded me why I hated Antman 1 that I skipped Antman 2. Now Antman 3 was definitely a movie I had to endure. And apparently most of the actors did too as Paul Rudd, Eve Lilly, Mike Douglas and Michelle Pfeiffer all looked bored out of their minds making that movie.

I don't know what part of Jupiter Ascending was supposed to be a satire or whatever but I must have been asleep during that time. I don't feel any particular hate for that movie, but till this day it is the only movie to have put me to sleep halfway through the thing.

Regarding your LOTR comments -- The Ring and the Palantir weren't "exposition machines". In both cases, they opened telepathic links to Sauron. And we as the audience didn't really learn anything other than "Big daddy is watching". Not the same thing as exposition.

One question Bothered me the entire movie: Is Aquaman a real bloodline for King Atlan? Because Aquaman's father is a human, just his mother is Atlantean, but his motheris not a sibling to King Atlan, but his wife. As far as I know only Orm is King Atlan's real bloodline. Maybe I'm Wrong. Great video as always.

This movie is Percy Jackson 2. Down to the half brothers going on a quest. magical artifacts, one of their ancestors being reborn in the hopes that he’ll kill all of them only to have him get killed in like two minutes.

Regarding the ending to Aquaman 2, while I haven't seen it yet, I heard Gunn purposely got all the last DCEU movies endings reshot (he definitely got Flash's ending reshot) as well as cancelled the Batgirl movie just so there wouldn't be any loose ends and he can just effectively bury the DCEU and start his unvierse as fast as possible. Probably why the studios also told Gunn he can't touch either Reeve's Batman or Todd's Joker. We probably would've saw sudden cancelled sequels for those two movies too if Gunn got his way with them too.

Meathead himbo who is pure of heart but doesn't know how to rule must take the throne after their father dies. Their father was the previous king for hundreds of years in an advanced civilazation who ruled several other kingdoms. The villain of the movie makes a pact with an ancient evil artifact that grants them great power, in return for seeking vengeance. Our hero must team up with their cunning and untrustworthy younger brother in order to save their people from this great evil. Our villain must get to the source of great power before our heroes do, but thankfully our heroes prevail and the entire structure comes crashing down sealing it away forever. Thank you for reading my summary of Thor: Love Thunder. I meant uh, Aquaman too I guess.

I remember my last yr in High School, I passed out after a night of drinking at my friend's house and his college sister woke me up at 2am and literally just called me a pussy and told me to drink with her lol. Btw, haven't seen and don't care to, but that Noooo scene, was it in a serious moment? I dont know. I enjoyed Aquaman. Was it a blockbuster masterpiece? Of course not, but it was still a fun watch. People have just forgotten how to shut off their brain and just watch a movie rather than be a critic and analyze every. single. scene.

Just a second.... a youtube channel is reacting to another channel with half the subscribers less than 5 hours after the original channel posted? That seems pretty shady. Wouldn't it be business-like to at least wait a few days to make sure the original site (doing the creative work) gets their views before reacting? If people actually come for your reaction, I know they would be ok waiting a few days

See Jaby's channel is a bit different especially with regards to his relationship with Ryan George and his content. Ryan George is paid by Screen Rant, not by RU-vid clicks. That said, Ryan George and I follow each other on Instagram. If he ever felt annoyed or wanted me to hold off on publishing, he could easily send me a message and I would listen to his delay publishing request. So far in our communications, nothing about this has come up.
