Dr. Tim, I just started using your products refresh and waste away to help lower my very high nitrates and phosphates. I removed the refugium and relying on the protein skimmer which is on the 20/4 schedule for nutrient export with the bacteria. I also ordered your np-active pearls to help maintain the waste away bacteria population once things are back in balance. I don't have cyanobacteria in my aquarium but algae that I want out. I really appreciate your help and your products. My aquarium is a 180 gallon with the nitrates of 170 and phosphates of 2.5 which I'm using your bacteria to help get it down slowly.
