Your tanks look so nice! I want a Fluval Flex for Christmas to put guppies into. I'm just concerned i will get the brown algae that our larger non fluval tank has in it as I can't find how you get rid of it.I'm also concerned that the flow will be too much for them.I will have to look and see if you have any small tank set up videos I can watch?
Yes I have videos for almost all these tanks as well as others too. The key to keeping algae down is maintenance. If there’s algae it’s telling you that there’s too much of something. Could be waste, could be light, could be not enough co2 in the water, there’s a lot of variations that take place in particular conditions
I have that same reactor on my flex 15g. The stock pump wasn’t enough flow for it (it would fill half the reactor with co2) I upgraded to the sicce 1.5 and now it stays full of water. I don’t really see any bubbles in the tank and my drip checker finally went green. I’ve tried the aquario neo as well as a bazooka diffuser and they wouldn’t change the drop checker.
