In case of big 4 feet aquarium, while changing 30% water, it would be large quantity of water. How would we dechlorinate that big volume at once. We might have to fill a large container and dechlorinate it, which is not viable option. So most of the time we directly add water and then we add dechlorinator in the tank. Try to justify this. Or give me alternate options. As a aquarium hobbyist, you might know 'The king of DIY' channel. He also showed similar method of adding tap water directly and adding dechlorinator simultaneously at an interval. I am not saying he is right but his option is more practical for me rather storing large volume in big container and adding. Water change would be easier. Please share your thoughts.

Filter can be washed the same day. However, the same has to be done in the dirty water that is being taken out. Decorations have also to be washed in the dirty water. Take the dirty water out in the bucket at first. This way the bacteria colony won't be disbalanced.
