So so true man! I was in my late teens to early 20's when this all exploded. Was an exciting time indeed. I'm privileged to have lived through it & bought the records. My only regret is that I never got to attend any DnB parties. Maybe a few house parties. Still...a great time for all of us who know! :)
Photek is one of my favorites all of his tunes just don't get old cause of how much he put into it Photek is the got damn MAN you heard me that's real talk.
@@Swindybobs79 I was probably feeling a bit hype when I wrote that. I shouldn't say for certain that one producer is better than another. I tend to go through phases even. To say Photek is the best would understate boys like Intense, Aquasky, Wax Doctor, Jonny L etc.
Tune I ain't heard it for a few years I stumbled across it looking on RU-vid at old-school dnb tunes I used to blast in the mid 1990s to 2006 era we don't get propper dark deep drum and bass tunes anymore sadly especially stuff like goldie/lemon d/metal headz but dnb vibes always take me back to happier better times as its the closest thing to a time machine we have got!!! 😎🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳
Sobbing gently but smiling all the while.. This tune is in-flufin-credible.. Cornwall Colliseum.. Oh my goodness.. -only you can give me what i want a lot-
Jesus christ, I can remember the first time I ever heard this. Even as someone who grew up obsessed with rave & DnB, it knocked me off my feet. The most gut wrenching, soul shaking, goose bump inducing bassline of all time.
The second half of this track is so goooooood. Those of you that possibly heard this live or just out and about in an environment, I am jealous of you. What a vibe, now its just shitty trap music and pop everywhere. Big sad. But big happy I can listen.
Al Wilson why ? This stuff should only played on vinyl simple as that go and buy some technics 1210's and learn how to mix properly and buy this on vinyl simple.
@Soul Slip lmao I'd love to hear what the artist has to say about that. "Oh you love my music so much you're glad no one knows about it, and you don't want to share it... Sick, thanks." Kind of wonky sounding. But I do think it's the natural progression of popularity for gems like this to be overlooked. And that does make those of us who know of them feel a little more special.
