AR-15 Bolt Disassembly the Easy Way 

I love this AR15 block, but BEWARE when using this tool depressing the ejector pin in. Just this past week while depressing the ejector pin the red tip on the tool cracked sending ejector pin and spring across my bench. I have used this depressing option maybe 10 times during cleaning. I have contacted Real Avid and they were going to get back to me but that’s all I have heard from them? I will let you know if they reply to my request. My suggestion this depression tool can be made out of Delrin but the tip should be made out of metal or brass. To prevent any failure?

howard KAHN you are in the business so you know what you talk about........giving that over lube is better than moderate oiling what about using WD40 for a solvent and oil job? duel purpose fluid.....,second question.....will over lube hurt the function of the weapon in a dry environment??????

If you do not have this setup you can use a spent casing to get the assist out. Put the casing in with the extractor and push over. If doing this two people work best. My pin still needs to go in one more mm. But it is flush and works as i did not have help to put mine in fully. I need this tool, what is this called?

Don't forget yer new roll pins....coil pins are supposedly reusable
