I am very interested in this house and I've been living in Florida for 38 years but came from Maryland and DC. I'm retired from Publix now and I'm looking exclusively at Arthur Ruttenberg homes. Of course my favorite is the Andalusia but this one looks like I think it was called the Milan II, I can't remember. Please DM me so I can discuss more about this new community and a house that was just shown in the video. I am planning to build new since I have retired and moved from Lakeland if possible and if not I will build an AR home in Lakeland now I would prefer to be closer to a coast. This looks like it has property direct to get in on in the early phases. We have a very Minimal lot or acreage area in Lakeland and inventory here is horrendously low and I would prefer to have new than someone else's problems or a dirt. I look forward to hearing From you as soon as possible as I want to get underway
