Well, I've just recently got on him, and tryed finding these vidz to c what parts HE'S actually doing, vs what parts r programmed and it's hard to hear, see, tell, but hes doing Most of the beat...by HAND. It's like the rapper who can freestyle off da top a da dome, and it b FIIIIRE. ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE. AMAZING. THAT'S Y HE'S MVP of tha MPC
@@deedaartyst each sample is programmed to a pad. He has the beat made but he is pretty much doing a live performance which is awesome because of the timing and ability to have everything flow perfectly
The kid started out as a drummer in case you didn't know...Kid is fuckin incredible. Be half as good as whatever it is YOU do cause hating ain't a skill
Man this guy.. I was like where'd he get all these extra fingers from!? Seriously--he must be super mathematical in his thinking, genius level to snap out all these seemingly endless patterns faultlessly and with ferocious intensity--there's no doubt he's deeply connected to the music at a level most people couldn't barely fathom.
It's just practice though, and eventually you can do it without putting thought to it. He's no doubt a pro with it but he has sick amounts of hours on the mpc's.
any body in any field be it preaching, music, dance, law, medicine, whatever that makes it look to hard doesn't know what he's doing...any body who makes it look simple is genuinely talented
Man you have a very keen sense of hearing to be able to make music like that, your ablilty to program drums in that manner is outstanding! God Bless you and the crew, peace .
This takes talent. You have to know what your working with and feel the beat and know what to hit at the right moment. And yes you have to be fast. Keep doing your thang. Araabmuzik word up
Aarab Muzik is one of my biggest influences when it comes to beats and having that beat drop hard. Constantly studying. I'll never be as good on the mpc though just not my style. I can't sample for shit either so I create my own toons with just the keyboard and different sound fonts.
This is the first time I checked into a DJ using the MPC when mixing. Saw him performing w/ slaughterhouse's hammer dance and had to check out more of his stuff. Brought up w DJ's using turntables and I can understand the arguments against this type of mixing, but at the end of the day he makes dope ass beats. It has the same origins as turntables as far as they are recreating and mixing beats just in a different way. It's the same but different and regardless your style, this is unique and dope
Thank GOD for quantize... LMAO. I respect his G... when I first started in 98 , I didn't know what quantize was lmao... That's what makes the best of THE best track master's 😉
Araabmuzik has always and will always be the master of the mpc, he was making beats for dipset when he was at school, you know your doing something right
Anyone who says that a sampler isn't an actual instrument should see this video. AraabMuzik shows clearly that the sampler requires a shit-ton of technical prowess.
