Learn the step under tech for the enrage phase, it speeds up kills substantially.
I tried using ham joint + spellbook swap + veng but the extra inventory spaces and room for error pushed me back to the heavy ballista method for dealing with mirrorbacks. Thralls beat out veng for dps imo and the runes for spellbook swap are not worth it for a player who is not alting.
The loot sustains the scythe, but barely. You need uniques to make any more here. Swap to bracelet of slaughter midway through enrage, ensure you have the bracelet on in situations where it may die early (red spider or self damage)
Deaths charge and elder maul. Blood fury could be good here for sustaining the chip damage but really not worth it unless you are going for long trips.
Realistic KC/hr is likely 40 with this gear including banking time.
Without spider cave teleports use hallowed sepulcher teleports or drakans medallion and bank at the sepulcher bank.
