In this video, I talk about an arcade game I picked up for $100 and when I plan on doing to it also I fixed the tapper arcade game and showed more of my work area that I finished
Your work bench and storage rooms are coming together nicely. I enjoy the organization in a work area for arcade and pinball restore. Thanks for sharing.
Hello, this is Anthony who sold you the last duel. I thought you’d turn in to an Arabian since you already have a kangaroo and dig dug so that’s cool to see! Not the greatest game but it is a nice looking game.
Good guess I have all the parts now I just found a centipede wiring harness that I’ll just have to change the pin location on the connectors to work on the Arabian board
Glad you're getting things organized! Feels great, doesn't it! See my comments about the DJI Mic 2 (1 TX + 1 RX) wireless mic below. Just a suggestion on your multi-colored alligator clips. On each clip, push back the plastic cover to examine where the wire is connected. I bought a set of these years ago off eBay. Recently, I was doing some testing and I couldn't get a connection. I tried a different clip and it worked. When I peeled back the covers, none of them were soldered or even attached securely. Some were hanging on by a strand or two. The copper wire had oxidized on the wires. I cleaned the wires and I soldered them to the clips. Maybe this will save your or someone else from having one of those WTF experiences like I had!
@@troylukans2174 I'm not a lavalier expert, but the one (actually comes with 2 mics) works fairly well, I should use it more. I can give you the CDN link from amazon for it in the next comment, it will get hidden fyi
Turning the Kangaroo into an Arabian is a sound idea. Not universally known as a great game but I actually think it’s very playable but is slightly let down visually by poor graphics and animations. It’s a better game than Kangaroo for sure 😊
I agree Arabian artwork is nice, gameplay not so great. But, out of the 4 Atari cabinets that share the same cab shape Arabian is more rare with a production number of a little under two thousand. It wasn’t a big hit with Atari back in the days.
I really like Arabian and you've already bought arts & parts, but if it were mine I would have seriously considered getting a new board, cleaning it up and leaving this a Last Duel. It's a fun game and you NEVER see one anywhere. I feel like a lot of conversion games that didn't get their own dedicated cabinet get little love in the community. Truth be told I have an unusual affinity for oddball/orphaned games so I'm biased. Just a thought...
