The whole promotion behind this show was so cool to be there for. Billboards, statues and even a Fortnite collaboration. It was so surreal to all this at worlds. I'm so looking forward to your and the whole community getting this same feeling at this year's worlds!
First of all: You were told about Enemy! 😜😜 But now it is really great to see your fresh reaction to Arcane content. Brilliant pick with the street Powder was standing in. It is the same street were Caitlyn landed at her first Zaun visit in episode 5.👍 I actually love Burn it all down (and Pvris), but I agree it is maybe not the hype song we all know. But it fitted perfectly in the Arcane setting. It is basically Zaun rebelling against Piltover for me. A visual flight towards the council with the lyrics "Burn it all down!" We actually WERE the Super Mega Death Rocket.
oh.. sweet memories... i remember how i was waiting until 2:00 AM for premiere after finale... Yeah it's laboratory and that hextech sphere (trophy case) in middle actually represent hexgate engine unit... =)
I'm so glad you finally watched the Enemy music video! I was one of those who recommended it way back! I especially love how you see some history of Powder and Ekko as kids together, which was never in the show, making episode 7 hit even harder when they fight as adults. Also, to be honest, I think I stopped commenting on your channel after you never gave it a watch. (Well, I might had been one of those who recommend Annie and Sad Mummy, too, which you did react to! But I'm being dramatic here!) So happy to hear you were just confused about what it was and thought that you'd already seen parts of it. That totally makes sense for not doing a reaction video.
Oh haha sorry, it's just that we have a certain order so after all the cinematics it was all the Worlds openings etc. So that's why it took as long to reach it, especially with voice lines in between, but I never ignore recommendations, sorry if you felt that way!
The usual winners or runner ups in Worlds nowadays are from Korea or China and for good reason. The reason is their E-Sports industry and infrastructure is so much more supported and advanced than the west. Unlike in the "west" where parents or schools do not encourage and don't take an E-Sports career seriously, the East Asian countries do. In fact.. not only do the parents in those countries fully support their children in pursuing a career as an E-sports professional athlete/player but so do their governments. Their governments fund the industry and consider E-Sports important to their culture in the same way Brazil or Spain would for Football (Fifa) or the U.S with Basketball (NBA) or Football (NFL)
I like hiw music video shows vhis violent reaction to powder in ep 3 wasnt new vhi had anger issues as a teen she didnt just one off flip but has troubled issues with anger

I know people think Riot never claims anything but it isn't really true, I had multiple issues with copyrights, you just never know what's gonna be the problem, it's often the music copyrights owners not Riot specifically etc. In case of this video Enemy is entirely claimed which blocks monetisation of entire video, I left it that way because I felt like video wouldn't be as nice without it but with many songs I prefer to be safe than sorry.
The burn it all down video to me is much less or a clear story or arc that a player is going through - like Rise or the GODS for example - and more just action let's go! Definitely not my favourite
