Note about scroll consumption, unless changed for wildlands you only have 100% chance not to consume level 7 and 8 spells. Level 1-6 its really not feasable to get to 100% return. But 7 and 8 are all that matters really anyway when it comes to not burning them.
Sorry, had more to say, ran outta... Time. This build let's you face tank. Arcane aspect on armor for infiheals. Swap between Mirror and Bulwark and Warding depending on what you're fighting 2x Inscribe/SS links ofc 8x Dmg to Poisoned links 10x Aspect special chance (And if you have 30 links, 10x dmg with no followers or 10x Parry links(or 10x dmg to diseased if you have a necro in your party)
Hey so im trying this game out and making a new character and ive chosen to make this one but do i only pick intelligence to increase to 60 and 3 skills ?
it really isnt to big of a deal what you pick as skills are able to switch around pretty easily. ; this template really isnt good for a brand new player. id check the 4 new player template video posted around the same time as this video
Honestly, take out magic resist for parry, and you can solo A LOT of the mobs in AK4. Just plant with bulwark and you’re golden. I did that build about a week and half ago and went to town down there! I forgot the exact build, but I think I dropped eval int to 80, focus to 80, removed camping and added meditation as well for at least a bit of mana regen. I did everything with golden hide armor, 12 bronze links, and tier 10 aspect. Super tanks build while doing great damage
With meditation and resist. Arcane at 100 prevents mobs from interups, in PvP that doing Wrestling. Also Inscription at 100 also preventing interupts from mobs, new addition. Arcane 100 Wrestling 100 Magery 100 EvalInt 100 Meditate 80 Parry 80 Resist 80 Focus 80
I am thinking about using an arcane builds for factions as the archer/mage will be a pain to manage with the new pvp changes to scripts and this is easier to handle. Arcane 100 Wrestling 100 Magery 100 Eval Int 100 Resist 100 Parry 80 Heal 80 Meditate 80 Inscription 80 What would you choose?
@@culiacan2429 Ultima Online can be played on any machine up to 20 years old. The only thing you have to do is make sure that you haven't bogged down the memory. Technically, you would also want to make sure that the fans/heat sinks are effective for not overheating your machine as well but UO doesn't eat enough processes to heat your machine like that. For the oldest MMORPG on the planet, not being able to play because of your machine age or low caliber is a farce of an excuse. The same can be said of playing Runescape. Another MMORPG that started out as browser-based using solely Java Script. These two are very "eco-friendly", short of a better word, for your computer.
So I got to 120 Inscription and got the 2 bronze Inscription links, and it is still looking for reagents even with [Autousescrolls on. What am I doing wrong? Do you need to be in Eldritch armor for higher inscription? I'm at 125 like you said to be. Currently using Arcane armor/staff.
You'll still want reagents. Also it only works for 7/8 level scrolls on non consumption. Ironically the lower the scroll level the more chance to consume.

I wanted to try a more glass-cannon version of this build so I dropped resist out and I tried necro at first but it felt lackluster for 100 points so I went with cooking. Arcane benefits from the swing speed increase as well as the mana regen and you can bring along some shitty food as a second mushroom/potion cooldown. Arcane aspect is a must for this build IMO. Also tempted to try parry as many others have suggested.
I tried eld/void/arcane and in the end arcane felt more of a roulette waiting for buildup. I liked void cause I wasn't running out of mana on both bosses and solo time. Eld did large damage more consistently, but same issue as arcane if you hit a bad run on refunds at a boss or high hp mobs like in time you were sol. Necro is really the way to go tbh if you have open links and have damage to disease links. Its king Kong atm. Parry is a crutch that gives no damage increase on a template you shouldn't be getting hit on / kiting. But works if you want to wear plate and tank.
Dang, I might make a return for Wildlands. Took a little break from UO, was grinding gold for a chain when I last played. This build seems really interesting, would eliminate the need to pester you on Discord when needing new codexes lmao. Didn't know you could cast spells without regs? Was this always the case with inscrip or new to WL? Command cores gotten any cheaper?
You'll still need them for various spells below circle 7. But no need to carry a ton. No, command cores still expensive. Good news you can turn phylacteries into cores
@@PwnstarrGaming Cool, cool. On second thought, the gameplay looks quite stressful lol, I think I prefer more chill gameplay. Might re-roll my void necro to your mana regain necro template (or something similar). As of now I'm leveling a fence tamer, hehe. Have a couple of command cores stashed away & might try the water route too. Have at least something to work towards with the tamer, upgrade it bit by bit. Cheers bud!
im definitely going to make a petless mage when the expansion comes out, ive been messing with arcane and the staff for a while on test just to see how it plays. Its a lot of fun. I have to figure out what im going to do with my dexxer next
Great videos you actualy convinced me to start this game, however I cannot seem to make an account since it says I have been blocked from making one. I already did a firewall check and made exemptions also virus wise. contacted the people on the discord and still no success they say my connection might not be allowing it, while i have never ever had any problems with what game so ever. Does anyone please have a solution please let me know. (not using any vpn or so)
@@PwnstarrGaming Thank you so much, actualy got it figured out, for those who ever run into this problem here is how I solved it. Connect your phone to tether internet towards your PC, then finish setting up your account, after that you can login normally and enjoy the game!
Great template. Do you think Arcane and/or focus will need to be part of most builds going forward. 820 cap would be nice but unlikely, need to juggle those skills around again. A Dex build template ready for the expansion would also be great. Thanks brother for all you do for the community
I am also noticing this... many skills start to feel super necessary to get the full output of the synergy. This can be both a boon and a detriment. On one hand, you will have an abundance of directions to go if say, for example, there are eventually 20 skills that give damage increases - just a matter of how to line up the skills for the playstyle.... on the other hand, if such an event occurs, there could also become a situation where 7 of those skills become cookie-cutter top importance forcing a one-build way for efficiency if the balancing act isn't on par. This is one of the things I fear with new skills introduced or current skills repurposed to provide synergizing benefits.
Wow, I've been playing Outlands for three years and I had no idea you could cast without scrolls/regs with 125 effective Inscription. You learn something new everyday on UOO
@@vysearcadia522 Googling "[question] UO Outlands" will always bring up the outlands wiki. Plus the newplayer channel in the Outlands Discord is full of helpful people.
haha yeah they should jsut make it so that flamestrike heals your pets, summons pets if you have slots available, poisons curses and hexes the target and heals you and then they could just get rid of the other spells. great suggestion
With the Damage output you're doing would using an earth ele as a meat shield be viable without spirit speak? Seems like youd kill whatever is on it long before the earth ele would die.
