Pretty sure a lot of it is just B-roll footage that didn't make into the final show. A lot of it is specific which is cool, especially the JID and Imagine dragons characters being animated.
Trust me when i say, You will not regret watching this show. Leagues cinematics have always had good story and great animation. This is BEYOND that. This show is damn near perfection, if not already Perfect.
As I'm sure you've seen on the internet, arcane has taken things by storm with how well it tells a tight narrative. In only 9 episodes, it sets up and pays off so many threads with so many characters. No moment is wasted, everything serves a story thread of someone. Plus it's gorgeous. Highly recommend it

@@DefinitelyNotDefinitive2 it's the "super event" weekend of Riot with worlds finals and Arcane premier :) But for real - you should check it out! This year is a little bit different than usual - because of the Arcane promoton they did a "Show open" instead of the ususal Worlds Opennig Ceremony- also because they didn't have audience at the place (corona). But I think this is fitting and you can see that they tried to indulge you more and more into the world of Arcane and feel being inside of it. They put a lot of effort into this. For someone who has played their game since 2011, almost from the start is self, it is incredible what video games and a simple marketing, a free to play game where people can spend their money only on cosmetics it self can bring this company into this, jinx was basically one of their first musical cinematic and i am pretty sure since they released that, it shown them what people like and you can definitelly tell at the view count of their videos that they come up with, awesome music, awesome graphics, even though it has far very far from the actual game it self, it is basically a free advertisement for their game, the only thing they spent is their time and the money to pay employees, they put it up the youtube, and get money back from all the ads that pop up on their videos. The thing i am slightly scared of is what will come up next for the game it self, i am sure you can see that Riot games have now moved into different types of genres of marketing and making different games, it's not just League of Legends, hardly over the years anyone has come up with anything new it is always one of the genres like First person shooter, Moba, or MMO RPG. And let's just say i am slowly getting tired of this i am not sure if i am getting just old, or games has become very very same, almost identical to each other and the only difference is the way they look.
Games can get stale after awhile and the overall type of game may not change but for us it’s about the story and world. Those can always be interesting and keep us coming back ☺️🤩😀
Some fun facts about this music video. The white haired kid who was friends with Jinx is another champion named Ekko. Also, the monkey you see in the beginning is actually a callback to the music video which announced Jinx as a champion back in 2013, Get Jinxed. Another thing that’s pretty interesting which you might have noticed in this video is Jinx’s eyes changing colors. She originally has blue eyes, but she goes crazy when they turn pink, which you can see happen in one of the scenes of the video. I’m guessing Arcane will be explaining how exactly this came about.
Interesting. Actually didn’t focus on the eyes like that and it’s cool that the monkey continues to be with Jinx since it shows up in a video that timeline wise is later 🙂
Ive been watching people react to Arcane vids to still my shimmer addiction. Thanks for helping also: your breakdown of the perfect balance is actually on point. Thats prob cause they animated all scenes for the music. Like 2 or 3 scenes are from the show, the rest is all unique
you guys gonna love arcane. In my eyes probably the best made animated series out yet. It did set a new benchmark for animation and story telling. No matter where u pause the series u could take the frame out and use it as a picture. And no matter who u like or hate in the series the character devolpment is encrediable and most character have reasonable thoughts and motvations. Great Series, no doubt, Is reaction coming on this channel or is it on twitch?
We only have one more episode to go. It's so good and Powder turning into Jinx is incredibly heart breaking. Especially seeing what it is doing to Vi 😢

Don't know if you noticed but the band who was playing in the video is the Imagine Dragons themselves inserted in the world of LoL, their designs is amazing and they really look like they were born in the city of Zaun.

She eventually goes completely insane. Arcane is exploring that story of her from being young, the villains that took advantage of her that eventually push her from being this young, free spirited girl into someone who has lost.. her mind.. and her sisters realization at some point that if she doesn’t try to save jinx, she will lose her forever.
@@DefinitelyNotDefinitive2 it’s a very tragic story and that’s not really giving any spoilers because there’s so much more than we don’t know but I will point out 2 things you guys should look out for. 1) in her in game appearance her eyes are purple right now in her youth they are blue. There’s a few references to a drug that’s being used (see the guys inhaling it in the bar or the woman with the mechanical arm fighting Vi and his her eyes turn purple) there’s a connection there but we don’t know the details until we see it in arcane Also I haven’t seen it yet, I’ve been waiting to watch it with someone else but everyone keeps flaking on me. All I’ve heard is you will need 2 boxes of tissues on episode 3. Don’t know what’s going on but people on the boards are just saying, you’ll need tissues
Can't wait to see it. Do you remember Fiddelsticks, the demon who says things related to Champions he encounters? He says to Jinx: "JINX! ALL YOUR FAULT! ALL YOUR FAULT!" I assume that was spoken by Vi and I can't wait to see what happened

@@DefinitelyNotDefinitive2 no, Fiddle does not only mimick the last word of the people he killes, but also (which is more disturbing) knows the thing people are most afraid of or things that that really disturbed people in the past. For example: when fiddle encounters Vayne he tells her: "give us a smile". bc when vayne saw how evelyn killed her parents she told her the very same thing, which is the reason why vayne never smiled again. when Fiddle encounters Annie, he refers to her Sister which died by accident. as for Jinx when he says ALL YOUR FAULT, we could think that Jinx feels Guilt for something, but what is yet to been seen in the series

since u are very interested in the sisters Vi/Jinx, u might be interested in their own songs too. A few years ago riot released a song for each of them when they where released as champions. Jinx's one even has a full video
@@DefinitelyNotDefinitive2 sadly no. for Vi there is just the song by Nicki Taylor with no visuals, but the song is really good. It was used as music in the log in screen to the game as a surprise when Vi was released as a champion. The song forJinx has complete visuals in the style of Arcane and got a lot more depth now with the first 3 episodes of Arcane, which shows us how long riot planned that storyline in advance

We haven’t seen the show yet ( we plan to and hope to film and lost our reaction) but Joker seems to be more psychopath/sociopath whereas Jinx, again just from the trailers we’ve seen, seems to have had some humanity at some point and then was drive. To be crazy. Much like Harley. 🤗

Not just that she is a girl but there seems to be a humanity to her, or at least, used to be a humanity to her that got taken away. Whereas the Joker never seemed to have that and was just a sociopath or psychopath depending on portrayal. 🤗
One thing I kind of been worried about is them making Jinx a good guy... changing the lore. I mean... the girl that gets off on blowing stuff up... is a lot more interesting than someone made her do it. One thing that I do like is riot showing the type of person Jinx is. I think people seen her as this fun character that's a bit psycho at times but they made it very clear that Jinx has evil tendencies and is by all means a psychopath before she even goes crazy. I like that they show her as a seriously dangerous person to be around.
I disagree. I think it's much more interesting to have a backstory. I think keeping that surface level 'oh she's just crazy' shtick to a character is cheap and uninspired. People are rarely ever truly evil, so it's great to have backstory as an explanation for why they turned out that way.
