I wouldn't be surprised if one day she and Johan and Alissa share a stage together. They did Black Earth already. Angela hates the touring but she hasn't really critisized the performing side of things. 😆AE🤘
I still love Arch Enemy with Alissa, but my favorite time is still Angela. Not as a singer, but the band was really rebellious and anarchist with Angela. Now, I don't know where they are going to.

Angela for me is, besides that, a singer with one of the most amaizing voices. Because of her I fell in love with Arch Enemy, and now I don't really know what to feel.
I hate to say it, but I almost get that 'emo' vibe from them. Songs such as You Will Know My Name really make it seem like it. They are a lot less badass than they were with Angela.

Let's be honest. Angela has a unique, deep and rich voice which can hardly be matched by any other female singer. Jist like the comparison of dramatic and lyric soprano. That together with all her intensity and integrity(spirit of metal) make her scream/growl unique.
The epicness of the guitar solo and the drums are mind blowing. Angela is amazingly epic, who says women don't know how to rock. This is proof that women can do anything! Rock on Angela!!!

This band adjusts to every vocalist they have had and they do it very well. Don't think I've ever listened to a band that does it so well outside of these guys.

I remember screaming my ass off doing the vocals of this song at a bus stop and having police approaching me thinking something was wrong with me. It turned into that same officer having a conversation about metal until the bus came. Thank you metal 💯💯
I love both vocalists but Angela brought Arch Enemy to where it is today. Both Angela and Alissa brought unique, awesome elements to the band. I don't think either one of them is "better" than the other; they are both equally amazing, for different reasons.
Arch Enemy is better with Alissa! Alissa has longer vocal range, and more melody, and style! And she covers all the old songs, they sound better now and most people/fans like Alissa Too!!, you cry babies need to wake up and stop acting emo, be cool and happy, Arch Enemy is alive and 'all bands change members', all the great bands that is!!!! Grow some balls and listen to the best band , ARCH ENEMY!!!
Arch Enemy didn't build itself around her, they all worked together to make the truly amazing music they make today. She is a talented woman who deserves respect in the metal world. She may not be the original lead vocalist of Arch Enemy, but she is the best fit for them. They've made amazing albums that truly inspire men and women alike not to just chase after a career as a metal vocalist, but to chase their dreams. They inspire people to not be torn down by anyone else. I ♥ Arch Enemy forever!
I never supported Angela's ideology, but I totally respect her passion, beside her amazing vocal skills. Those Arch Enemy was real. Now they're only a band for kids.
Arch Enemy has something special with their singers!!! I learned to do the same stuff with vocals because I was inspired by them and others. I got a light up loud speaker and run five miles a day singing my head off. Love it!

You're all claiming one is better than the other like you're going to change someone's mind or some shit. Give both vocalists props for treading water and singing a style of music that has been dominated by males. It's great to hear some females with vocals like this and also sounding very good. Props to the former vocalist and the new vocalist.
That's why I love Arch Enemy, and I respect Angela, the only women in metal and music I like. All she's been through and how she left home and joined this band it's just... amazing. I love her, I love Arch Enemy
I saw them a few days ago on the summerbreeze festival in Dinkelsbühl, Germany. This was the first song they played and the rest of the show was the most awesome thing I've ever seen, heard or felt!
