Nice vid bro! I found one spot at rookborne too, that there is 2 mobs with insta resp, side by side...all you need to do is use magic circle and press ur flame bolt...hahaha its good for low lvl and non geared mages.. Thx for the tuto and im sorry for my english btw...hehe
Great spots thank you for this video, question though would you farm skyfins in rook not at war over lets say karkase at war or diamond shores at war? Also was thinking of sticking to jesters or princes cause I don't want to have to farm all day to burn my daily labor. Do you recommend opening the unidentified stuff or maybe just the accessories cause starlight is the most expensive? Btw I'm on FS and these videos are awesome thank you
Hi Krazy, I actually just get in moods so to say. I ordered these in my favorites, but as you suggest it can vary depending on the stages of war a map is in. Likely if Rook is not in war I would go to Karkasse or DS. Also about blowing labor on the armor/weapon drops please check out my jester's crate is mad gold video I talk a lot about that. Hi Bruno, I suppose you could just switch out something in Auromancy to get the Meditate skill to help with mana. For health I'm not sure, I'm not a pro on class comps, but a Darkrunner should be able to kill most mobs without them getting more than 1 or 2 hits in. I guess that depends on the weapons/mobs. Some nice spots you shown in this video. But the main problem of farming besides being "dead" is mana. If you spam skills super fast you will run out of mana very quickly. If you not using Frenzy while playng battlerage you are screwed. I dont know about US servers but Russian fresh start servers declaire farming as dead. With "good gear" on the best spots you will earn something aroung 70 - 90 g per hour. Which is equal to 1 trade run to ynystere from warborn starting location using a car with 5 crates. The whole run is something like 15 min if you not rushing. I was a huge farming addict before the latest patches. I dont know about your servers but on my servers the farming is dead. And lets not forget bots are working 24/7.
I do find it interesting the dynamics across different servers. I think the bots would be the main problem. In NA/EU at least on the Legacy servers, there aren't many bots farming the zones in this video. In fact it has been quite a while since I seen a bot on the Legacy servers.
Invest a few weeks in fresh start servers. Even in your region there will be bots. To be honest i loose any interest in bots. I mean dont want to kill them any more.
So I was looking at this after watching your Jester Coinpurse 700g a hour video and I was curious about the frequency of crates/purses from 1 star mobs when not in war? Really I'm just curios if you were in my situation below or your current situation if you would bother farming purses outside of war now/back then and your reasons. I've been rotating zones in war with a focus on pre auroria crates but things turned sour. Currently playing on fresh start and with the current archeum bottleneck everyone is hard camping the pre auroria spots when they are at war due to starlight dust shortage/preperation for epherium unlock patch. Even out of the way spots like Skyfish and Karkasse grubs and twinheads are heavily contested. With access to around 40% loot drop with the Cash shop pack consumables + guild buff would fighting 1 star mobs in conflict/peace be worth it? Assuming it doesn't compare to farming things during war but I'm curious if you had tested/bother farming to see if loot buffs + 1 star rating offsets the drop rate enough to make it worth it?
is it weird that i've farmed all those location before xD also for the #1 spot, there's a tent across the ledge and in that tent theres some stuff there you can eat to regen mana so it helps with mana regen problems. its a npc kinda food so its always there. that use to be my fav farm spot @400+ coin purses an hour back in the day
Hi, I need advices...I'm lvl 53(only "good" equipment I've got is Hasla swords(dual)), no Patron(can't pay, bad situation), I've got a farm cart, a clipper, what would you suggest I should do to farm up APEX and get the Patron, should I do trade runs, get some better equipment and kill mobs for coinpurse/crates, craft something and sell etc. What would be the best silver/labor ratio in my case? (I was told there's some Library quests that give huge amount of gold, but I have no guild to do it with, and I hardly find a party)
Hi Zamachi, my advice is to save gold until you can buy 2 apex for patron and the life will be easier. If you watched this video you know where to go to farm Crates. Crates right now are one of the best things you can do for gold. Tradepacks, treasure maps, fishing, sunken treasure etc. can be good, but crate farming is going to work for anybody and be consistent. In fact, I'm doing this right now on the Fresh start servers. No patron, no money spent, I'm buying everything with in game gold. Once you get patron you can basically free play patron forever. I know it is hard going but once you get it will be a huge payoff. Try the spots mentioned in the video, depending on your class you may find certain mobs better for you, this list was purely based off my favorite, and my class, but I guarantee one of my top 10 will work for you.
The profit from the library is in the Ayanad Scraps. With 3.5 coming Ayanad scrolls thus the scraps are likely to go up and have been trending that way. If you're also leveling it is decent xp, and well long term it is also part of ayanad earring quest to get those dailies done. I would suggest that if you see a party for Library for sure get into it. That said, yes crates are the way to go.
There is one more spot I'd recommend which is around Aegis Isle the fish off the coast. Especially when there is an 2x loot drop event. Shipwright bags, ancestral crates/purses and brinebound rocks. The noble mobs (39-49) would likely be bumped off the list as Archeum simply can't recover in much value with all the cash shop boxes filled with it.
Depends on which server, but doing Ancestrial purses is okay gold across the board. Those are found in the new zones, Aegis Island & Whalesong Harbor (Auroria). Also has chance for Acid drops and cursed armor frags which are pretty valuable when you get a stack of 200.
Not as far as I know. I'm on legacy and Rookborne almost never goes to war, but I'm sure I can still pull around 40-60 per hour. I'll run a test with no buffs and let you know.
Larceny has no effect on drop rate, only labor to open. I just did a 2hr steam farming these guys. I pulled 99 crates in 2 hours. No buffs, non-war. The only thing I can think is that you're talking about the Lost Metalic Crates, not the Jester Crates. The jester crates are very valuable too, Mysterious Garden Powders were like 8g each on Fresh last I looked. Hi, I don't just do one thing, though lately and more frequently than I can remember I have done a lot of crate farming. Also, remember any advice I can give is usually based on my observations from a legacy standpoint, in which things may be different. There are lots of way to make money, but starting out, I'd say the best advice is to watch videos from people willing to share, myself, JASON WIVART, Qembek, Captain Raav put out ways to make gold. Find something you like and stick with it.
