That looks to be a 2002 Versa cam on that bow and I do believe the magna tec cam out in 1999 and ran till 2002 after that they changed up the riser and called it Ultra Mag and had one based off the MT Sport as well called the Ultra Sport... the XT 2000 limb came out in 2000 as a 15" limb but in 2002 I think is when it was shortened to 14".. this bow comes from a time frame when I relay loved hoyts alot.. you could buy a certin modle and they would have 3-4 different cam options and also different limb options.. in 2000 you had the Xt 2000 limbs 15"... Xt 3000 16" and the LX Pro 18" that were a Laminated limbs... they had the Intruder 15" and the Contender 18" solid glass limbs and in 2000 I think they may have still had the Pro Flex Glass Split Limb.. The Original Magna tec had a built in over draw.. I have one of those risers laying around... The Aspen is one of my Favriot all time Hoyt bows.. still have one but not in its original configuration..

Mine is a 2004 xt2000 and i need new strings. But i need to find cams to fit my draw length around 29in. Mines set up for a 32 i believe. I was told that they dont make cams for these older bows anymore. Any suggestions on where i can look for cams that would work? I bought the bow about 7 years ago.

Hoyt ultratec xt was my first hoyt bow I was a teenager at the time my father purchased it for me and I still have it and infact got it out today needs some updates but in my opinion just as good as my Hoyt vector turbo. Hoyt makes a excellent product

String stop not standard. Old sts They invented the stop, wasn’t until somewhere around probably 2010 when the archery companies copied it.

That was my first bow. I was like 18 I bought it used and dragged a ladder stand into the pines at my grandparents farm and shot under a giant 8pt at 30 yards. I had no idea which pin to use😂 then I smoked a button buck the next day. I would love to find another one

this is a 2002 model. only the 2002 models had the dual track idler wheel. as for the string stop, its not factory. limbsaver still actually makes that aftermarket style.

Is the hoyt xt2000 just a target bow or is it also a hunting bow. I am a beginner bow hunter and I am looking g for a good hoyt entry bow for hunting g

I had a 2006 ultratec. That was a really nice bow in its day. It had the cam and a half on it. I shot countless rounds of 3D with that bow
