We held our annual Shinto ceremony, 初午祭 Hatsu-uma sai. Hatsu-uma sai is a very important matsuri for Inari Shrines.
Traditionally people visit an Inari Shrine, known as the “Lucky Visit.” It is believed visiting brings good fortune.
The priest explained what is Hatsu-uma sai and Kinen-sai, Harumatsuri in the Heishiki, the post ceremony annoucement.
