Thought I'd record a bit of my cruise around Northern Nevada today in the FUV. Unfortunately when I started recording I must have immediately hit the button to stop the video, as it recorded for only a few seconds. Once I noticed the camera was off, I pulled over at the next turnout and that's where this video begins.
Where it ends actually is not quite "next to Piper's Opera house" as I stated, but rather next to the Virginia City DMV, which is housed in the historic Storey County Jailhouse. Piper's Opera House is the yellow building just beyond it.

Hey I know this has nothing to do with the video, but how is Tom Brier doing? The last update was right around the swing of the pandemic and we don't know if that impaired the therapy or help he was getting at the time, what's his current physical and mental well being like? If that's not too personal of a question of course

The partially exposed motors allow for that cool sound to come through! Still much quieter than a combustion engine, of course.

Hey Keeper, I know this comment isn't really relevant to the video. But I don't know how else to contact you I have a pretty strange hobby.. I digitally upscale video and audio to higher quality. And, since I've been a fan of your ragtime videos for a while. Particularly Tom's stuff, I would like to ask if I could upscale some of Tom's older sight reading videos. I know it's an unusual request, and I get it if you don't want that. With all the re-uploads people sell, it's better safe than sorry, right? Anyways, keep up the good videos. I love this channel. I have wanted one for 2 years but they are only doing special orders. Doesn't work for me.

Every order is a "special order" in that you get to choose certain options (fewer options in the 2023 model, e.g. the cargo box is now standard). I placed an order in November, and two weeks later once I wired the money I got an email that they were ready to deliver. Got it a few days later.
