On this Arctic Cat M800 snowmobile, we're doing some things to upgrade the rear idler wheel assembly. Here is a great idea instead of a direct replacement on these wheels.

I think a cool idea for videos would have a deacatied playlist of all your repair/upgrades videos I know you have many on your channel now but it be pretty neat to have just a segment just repair related :) cant wait for more mountain riding videos keep up the great content

I mashed in some 6005 bearings and locked them in with woodscrews, has held up 700km still going strong

You can cut out the bearings on the old style try hub with a hole saw. The unit bolts together so there’s little to no play for the replacement bearings. I just went though all this a month ago with my M.

Did you check out J&T tri-hub delete kit/replacement kit? I put these into my 15 and 16 XF/ZR 7000's this year.

Hello can I add a 9 in wheel kit , reason I am asking track only has one inch of track adj left . Upper idler in center position . Can I razors to upper bolt position to gain some more track adj without a new larger wheel kit I’d it was possible ? Thanks enjoy your channel

Will these wheels work in a 12 1100 turbo? I assume it's the same skid.m but not 100 %. Also, would the factory 4th wheel kit (the 2 outer wheels) bolt onto this axle?

I have a question about the cvTech clutch I know you ran or are running one on the white M8. Did you have to change belts? I just put a cvTech clutch on my 2015 m8 sno pro and the stock belt is to tight.

I don't know why the early version of the tri-hub did not have replaceable bearings???? Like all the other wheels do-engineers?? eh!

J&T tri hub delete is the way to go. Much larger axle, much larger 6205 bearing in solid Avid wheels.

Billet wheels are purely cosmetic, i wouldn't bother. Just gotta go with the plastics.

Rick skidoo summits are great mtn sleds but there 800 & 850 rotax two strokes LONGEVITY isn't even on arctic cats level especially the older suzuki built 800 I'm a doo and AC guy so I'm not hating
