The amount of control over that hydraulic motor is incredible. Add a rotary encoder and you could probably build an insanely fast robot arm.

Hey, it's not my video but the unit on the left is a hydraulic power pack. It consists of a motor driving a hydraulic pump with two solenoid valves mounted on top and a semi transparent reservoir where you can see the oil level change as the oil is pumped in or out from the cylinders. Hope it helps.

Do you use any PWM for speed controll? Or just ON-OFF control and reverse ? If you use PWM on wich frequence the movement are more accurate?

I don't have an exact list at the moment, but the parts are all available from flowfitonline.com - check their catalogue and you should be able to find what you need, even if you then buy some of the parts elsewhere.
