Oh my gosh, thanks for this video. I did a quick look through the internet before I saw this video and you basically confirmed what I found. Considering that we haven't even considered the idea of selling, I'm putting this in the scam area.
Your neighborhood must have great investment potential! That's a good thing in the sense that someone has seen the area as having value and high demand. Definitely annoying though, especially when you have no plans of selling.
It’s a scam because they only want to give a cash offer. I want the true value plus I payed off my mortgage so I want what I tell them I don’t need no cash offer
Not necessarily a scam, but they definitely have their profits in mind, not necessarily the homeowner's. Listing the home on the open market is sure to get you true market value for your home. : ) Congratulations on being free and clear on your home!
