I have always loved watching the Osmonds perform. I watched many of their shows they are very professional but they are also very talented. And you'll never be disappointed. I like the way when you see them today they just get together and go right into a routine if they do something. @@FactsVerse One bad Apple and down by the lazy river but they sang many songs and always had a smile on their face and even if things went wrong they came out and performed top notch. I have the deepest respect for these people and they will always be my favorite group.

I'll always love Donny no matter what he does: in a group with his brothers, with Marie or solo. I also loved him on Dancing with the Stars ✨. I was shocked 😲 to hear of his health issues.
I loved them as a group and was fortunate to see them live in their first Australian concert in the early 70s. I loved the album Donny did solo of all romantic songs which included Unchained Melody and the Hawaiian Wedding Song, I don’t remember what the album was called. I listened to that album a thousand times or more and it was my favourite. They are very talented and professional entertainers and I will always love them.
The man responsible for transforming The Osmonds from a barbershop quartet into a #1 pop band was their manager Mike Curb, after he witnessed the enormous success of the Jackson 5. The Osmonds would perform in identical suits and the act would be built around teen idol Donny. In 1974 Curb, a staunch Republican, was elected Lieutenant Governor of California. Those of us who grew up in the state remember his running feud with Democrat Governor Jerry Brown. I also remember singing "One Bad Apple" in the fifth grade.
Your info is old. Merrill retired earlier this year. Jimmy is back communicating with his family. The word is that his stroke was bad enough that it's unlikely he'll perform again. It's too bad, too. They were such a great group together.
I used to be an Osmond fan, I never listened to them after I left the mormon cult. I binned my records several years ago after finding out how damaging the mormon cult is.

@alancrisp. No disrespect intended. I love the Osmonds. BBC reported that Jimmy passed away on October 9th, 2019. I also saw on an Osmond video people saying RIP Alan Osmond in 2021. I believe that was late Summer/ early fall. Unfortunately, I can't find the video. Scrubbed because it wasn't true? It was posted in the comments section of one of their music videos. I figured with his MS and age that it was true. My apologies to all. To be fair, most Osmond searches only yield years old info or current videos only show no recent pictures.
