I'm sensitive to caffeine. I had to completely stop drinking BANG at one point. Constantly was having anxiety attacks and having anxiety in general throughout the day after consumption. I have resorted to organic energy drinks. Which do not give me a crash whatsoever. I recommend looking into organic energy drinks if you drink them frequently. A BANG isn't bad for every now and then. But not consistently.
Anyone sensitive to caffeine is best to stay away from Bang, Reign, and a lot of the preworkout drinks. They have 300mgs of caffeine in one can, so its a LOT! Most energy drinks, before preworkouts, only had 160mgs and that was more than enough to give people energy. That being said, even though the organic ones are good too, there are also nootropic energy drinks. They have ingredients to promote focus and balance out the jittery effects of caffeine to give you what they call a clean energy. You get the energy from caffeine without any of the jitters. I like the C4 Smart energy.
2 years late but I recommend taking a look at the caffeine free ones, they don't give me a crash at all. And I make poor decisions and drink them frequently.
I would try the Lemon drop, thats my favorite! its not overly sweet like every other one (I've tried them all) and I think its the best lemonade flavored energy drink I have tasted!!
Healthier than a regular Monster. Probably the same healthiness as a sugar free Ultra Monster. Sugar is one of the worst ingredients in energy drinks. Artificial sweeteners...well, as the young lady said, the jury is still out on that... but over a dozen years of research hasnt found much bad to say about them and they are FDA approved.
There are some versions that do NOT have AceK. Candy apple, radical skadattle, a lot of the new bang flavors. I also have noticed Reign has some flavors as well without aceK. Orange dreamsicle, blue razz. I drink one of these about every other day. I am SO TIRED all the time from my job and working out daily, and feel like this gives me a little boost. I also drink it to curb my cravings for soda and sweets. Is this healthier to drink than a can of coke?
Have you ever heard of/tried a drink called FocusAid? Could you do a review on that? It’s from company called LifeAid, and is supposed to be a “clean” drink
I appreciate the honest review.. and coincidentally I'm sipping on a Bang Purple Haze. . it's not bad but definitely very sweet tho I don't find the sweetener to leave a bad after taste like in sodas. Speaking of soda I completely stopped drinking them Sept 2020 and haven't looked back.. I never liked energy drinks but this is definitely the best tasting one I've had. As far as clean energy drinks go the only one I've ever had is Jocko's Go.. great ingredients and it tastes okay.. good for every once in a while. In general I'll stick to my black coffee.. green tea and lots of water!
Water, Green Tea and Coffee, the top 3 natural best selling drinks in the world! Its a great combo to stick with. Im a Tea and Water fan myself, but sugar free energy drinks are a close 3rd place.
did you stopped drinking soft drinks because of health problems? I cant imagine myself drinking these cause everything with that sugar replacement thing tastes like shit no matter what the drink tastes like generally
@@snakiez2530 I stopped drinking soda because I was 300lbs and cutting out all that sugar and calories was a good place to start. Sugar substitutes in general are pretty shitty.. but you can definitely taste the difference between clean energy drinks and those that use sucralose and dextrose.. they are much sweeter.
Can you please do a information video on oils e.g. coconut, oil, vegetable oil etc., started eating vegetarian couple days a week a few months ago, but noticed label wise there's no difference.
Fake sugar should be listed made me sick. I loved cotton candy one thought it was good because it says no sugar.... way too much carbonation I had to shake many times to get fizz out but too much fake sugar.... way too much needs to list sugar alcohols.... and that it's fake sugar not list 0 sugar lies.
