One thing we've realised is that while all moms and dads are different, moms tend to bring more sensitivity and emotion to parenting their sons than dads and fathers tend to encourage more problem solving and risk taking than moms. Recognize that both are essential to the healthy growth and development of your children. Is your son treated differently from his sister by his father? Let us know in the comments below. Everytime i meet a Ugandan here in Nairobi, first question would be do know bump love? And when they say no, I be like "You mean that you don't know these beautiful ladies?" You mean you don't even know Pumla? Pumla receive much love from Kenya. We do appreciate you all for your good work. Am in my 20s and what i fear most is to be a mom, not because I don't want but i don't know how to do it.
In my case I came all the way from Nairobi to Jinja for work and I was surprised my colleagues in Jinja didn't know about Bump love. They're now great fans....we usually catch up and discuss some episodes
Hi Bump love. You have no idea how impactful your show is. I have listened to your nice talk today and one time I was like that anonymous mum. One day we were driving to our home upcountry and my hubby asked my son something and he was abit harsh and i was there saying my son said sorry....it has been a journey now my boys are big men, 28 and 22 and we are very close. please talk about mums who lost their mums at an early age and how this loss has affected their motherhood. Im a victim of that. Looking forward to new more great shows this year. Wanjiku from Kenya. Thank you for your consistency and love for each other. I love you differently coz you are so unique and special. I wish you well in all that you do and may your families prosper.
Madam Newman you should have seen how excited I was when I saw your crisps in a supermarket where I live. Wololololo konze eeeeeeh neno zatukayo dda. I thought they were for Kla
Dear Bump Love, Thank you for exploring all family dynamics Following this topic, I request that you go deeper in parenting for Single mothers who are in marriage. 1. Visiting spouses due to work 2. Present daily fathers but inactive in family issues (go early in the morning and coming back late in the night) 3. When the wife in the home is going through mistress treatment. Thank you
Where the show started and where it ended...day and night 😂😂😂😂thank you ladies. Now we know how to deal with our mothers in love. Choke them with love.🎉❤
very true our last born boy with my late mum who i lost just a week their bond was like nothing you couldn't tell.During the burial everyone that was crying was just mentioning my young bro {23yrs} because they all know their heavy bond .RIP my mum she was and still is an Angel to us
I’ve been a silent lover for a year, and I’ve learned so much and loved every episode. I’m here to say THANK YOU ladies! Love from cold Edmonton-Canada.
Pumla is an enigma... Ooooozing knowledge and brilliance as an alien. I will conjointly do my PhD with Makerere because of these girls. You make me fall in love with Uganda... I love you! I am Malawian but one of the first subscribers. I await my present after hitting 50k subs😂😂😂😂😂😂
I love this episode so much. As a single mom of a boy, i have recieved some great gems. Yes Manuela, you ladies don't just come here to look good and dress up. You are doing The Lords work.
Bump Love is like my weekly dose of Wisdom, Good Laugh, Growth and so much more...See I am not married and i don't have kids yet but i am so glad to have found this show before i do, it prepares me for many different things and i Loooooove you for that Ladies. Thank you for being vulnerable, real, raw and willing to share your personal experiences with Us. Its Priceless. May God bless you and your families. Sending so much love from Rwanda. 💙💙💙
Banange, you girls are such a breath of fresh air. You leave me with glassy eyes each time I watch your shows(from Zimbabwe). May you all be blessed!❤❤❤❤
What an enriching episode. Just had a daughter after a son and I am shocked at the change in parenting from the dad. He started tummy time with the boy at 2 weeks! Wanted him to be a man at 0 months. But with the girl, oh shes too young. He doesn't even want anyone to touch her apart from me. I was about to have a conversation but then this episode came up. So timely for me.
Dear bump lovers, it's now upon us to spread the bump love 'gospel' as widely as possible. No lady should find themselves saying' I wish I had known better, I wish I had someone to tell me this.....These ladies are doing the most to make our lives easy. Flowers to the bump love ladies
Ooooooooh God Ladies awwwwwwch in this episode you brought out the emotional biases/gaps in parenting boys Vs girls. Thank you so much for opening and blessing our families/children. May we nurture children any other person can easily Love or bond with 🥰🥰🥰🥰🙏
What an educative episode. Several things to learn and to be aware of on this journey of parenting. Well done fellow mothers getting better every other day. I love you bump love. Let's keep going.

that was one amazing and informative session! thank you ladies! very much appreciated! Also, thanks mostly for speaking to the unhealthy relationships some mums have with their sons.
Hello bumplove. I must say you guys are amazing. It took me time to watch this show but when I started, I don't miss an episode and I go back and watch episodes from years backs. That said, you ladies have been a guide to my motherhood journey. I lost a sister in 2021 and I made a decision to mother her 3 babies. I had no idea what parenting/mothering was until I started watching this show. The show has been very insightful towards my parenting journey and I would recommend it to any parent out their. Not only mothers. I am not the best mother there is but I am learning alot from you Ladies. Lessons from this show are from all dynamics of life. You sharing your personal experiences with us even makes it more real because in one way or another we get to relate your experiences with our experiences. What makes it even better is the differences in perspectives about the different topics discussed. Kankomewano......But you need to know that you are very much appreciated. May God keep Guiding you through all the way as you impact more and more lives
I will revisit dis so make sure bump lovers like it for reminder, there's a theory dat really concerns me and upto now its still a challenge in my life in my rships wz da other gender
Oh my goodness, guys you’re such a blessing to many families. First of all you are true and share your experiences, it changes everything and really helps us a lot.
When pumla starts talking...hmmm you never want her to stop...ate she adds on her research nekitabukka.....i admire that wisdom. And it feels sweet that even with your stubbornness... she admits and implements. Bambi your not selfish i guess especially when it comes to your family.
No wonder you people made broke this down to 2 episodes. Very interesting conversation. My view aligns most with Manuela on this one maybe the influence of early years pedagogy
Bump love being a weekly dose of love 💕 I want you to speak to me who has never experienced parental love yet they are both alive mom en dad it’s horrible 😢
Hello Bump love, Can we have a talk about ladies who deny male parent's to access their children after separation? Men are being tortured as they fear courts and being ashamed by the public. Thank you, Bump love
I think bump love should also talk about the influence of sisters to husbands in the marriage, some of them feel like they own the brother and never want to accept the wife into the family.
Perfect timing for me cz that boy spoilt the remote and i wasn't sure how to deal with him. it feels good to know that am not alone in this. Hugs to everyone raising boys
Hehehe Lovely show ladies. Pumla I am guilty of calling you out on Speke Road near Standard Chartered Bank, it was a quick hello and I am glad you turned and waved back.😊
I have learnt a lot today. I will allow my husband to parent and discipline my son. I have been overprotective with my son. Now i understand. Much love from Nairobi Kenya 🇰🇪
Naye Pumla 😂.. that last part! Kale if you dont want us to stop you for 30mins. .. give ko us a live interactive show 😀 We can happily give to sponsor it, I know I'M speaking for many. That aside, this was a great informative episode. Thanks as always.
Thanks for sharing with us your experiences for us to learn from and do better like pumla says.we appreciate you educating us on motherhood, relationships, living life as a responsible and intentional women. Thanks
These are very deep conversations. I know a grown man who has failed to marry because he is an only child to a single mom. The Mom has such a strong hold on him. He is too scared of leaving her. It has always been just the two of them.
Banange Ladies, this mom probably used this one scenario for the message but it could also be a situation where this dad is actually harsh low key toxic because so many parents will use discipline to justify their anger- when she says he uses harsh words I see what she is saying- his words are breaking the child’s spirit but yet brought to address the behaviour and not the son’s identity. Especially Alpha Male Dads guys do break their sons spirits especially when the sons have a gentle spirit.
Now Yesterday my Son he is 4 yrs asked me y Daddy is too tough and serious🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣, and he asked the question when Dad and me are seated watching Tv. until now i haven't recovered.
From Manuella's point, it means that Bianca stubbornly does wrong when daddy is around since he doesn't take a harsh action on her unlike Blake and that one leads to disrespect btn Manuela and Bianca.
Boys boys boys I am not yet a mother but I actually do mother my brothers and all I can say is that, it's not a joke to raise a boy. I have this brother in particular... when he was younger, he did quite a lot of disturbing things.. he could enter n hide inside the fridge, he inserted metallic objects in electric sockets (it didn't matter how many times electricity shocked him), and one particular day he almost burnt a house (he took a candle and a match box under tye bead next to an electric socket, lit it and watched the show) luckily enough he was found before the fire caught..... I actually keep wondering what he had in mind doing all that, and meanwhile there's still some bit of that in him even now that he is 19 years... The other 2 brothers are calm but also have their identities
U remind me how one of my sons pulled me from thr road thinking id b knocked by a boda,i felt wwoowww he cares for me...kyoka it was just in the estate a very slow boda that i had even already seen...mothers n their sons indeed
Took the words right out of my mouth. On the day they discussed submission to husband, I really would have liked to hear a muslim perspective but they were all referencing the Bible. The Mulondoz plz consider ❤
I love you pumla 😂😂😂the last part killed me now let me go concentrate properly coz of Friday it's bump love then other things follow thanks once again I can't thank you girls enough ❤❤❤❤❤
Oh God am just curious of how my home will be thanks bumb love for the grt job us who have not had the a chance of having a father neither a brother. I need to do more work and intentional
Wow! This show can last a lifetime. Learning a lot since my son is 3 and is the firstborn while my daughter is 1. Thank you for sharing your journeys. My question is how do we know when daddy has crossed the line when for example disciplining a boy child?
The next bump love host i would u like to bump into would be..... Rosette. Twice av been next to Manuela and even the Hi failed me. But we are fans. Thanks for the show.
