Are Older GoPros Garbage In 2024? | The Hero 4 

Just bought a Hero4 off ebay for $31 to start a fishing channel, hopegully wverything works out well, thanks for all the info.

I honestly love the gopro 4 specifically and 3, it has a sentimental value to me and it was why i started content creation. I captured my life since I was 14 with this camera and I love it. Still use it today because its cheap, you can set it up to get a awesome dynamic range and control the colors and also its not waterproof which means it has a nice mic compared to all the newer models. Nice video!

Hero 4 black with LCD backpack has a special place in my heart love that thing. Just ordered a new front faceplate and frame case for mine to update it a bit.

I still sell footage from my Hero 3 black to TV production companies a couple of times a year which has payed for some new gopros; just cant give up on that old workhorse. They are still happy to take 1080p or 2.7k

Best built in sound from any go pro. Wonderful shots from a homem gimbal. Totally reliable 99% of the time.
