I m myself into fitness since 3 years , so now after 3 years of grind i can have abs with decent muscle mass , so bodybuilding isn't a game of 3,6 months it takes years of effort to look good u need be be fully dedicated towards your workout and discipline towards your diet

Yes you can build abs but it's mostly about the percentages of fat If you have lot of fat on belly then even if you have abs it will not be visible

Sahi kaha aapne....Maine bhi 16 saal ki umar me exercise karna start Kiya thaa aj 31 ka hu aur fit body hai...sath hi body aur fitness pe bhut confidence hai ..... Fitness requires consistency for very long periods

Saket does general fitness only. The only reason he always remains lean is due to social media because he has to regularly upload his physique and content. He does play any competitions so it's general fitness only.

There are generally two types of abs: visible and workable. To get visible abs, focus on a calorie deficit and some light workouts, which can help you achieve them within 6 months. For workable abs, you'll need to work hard, typically for at least 2 to 3 years in the gym. If you prefer calisthenics instead of traditional gym workouts, it might take about 1 to 1.5 years to achieve similar results.

I do 3 month I gain 11 kg weight,without jym only 1 hours per day and I learned also split s and dragon sqat and handstand. I m very skinny before, I had quite visible abs in one week. I also started learn boxing and martial arts🥋. It's possible without stroied
