Thanks for stopping by Daniel. It's always great visiting with like minded people. The video turned out great! Can't wait to see the video of your next big surprise, that is going to make some awesome content! We appreciate all the kind words, and you sharing our farm and channel with your viewers.
It was a pleasure having you & Dutch over for a visit. Great video & thank you for sharing our channel, that was very kind of you to do. You & your family are welcome anytime at Hidden Heights.
Between your wormy goats and Dutchs runt quail, its amazing that you two have anything to eat. Hahaha really enjoy the back and forth. Reminds me of home.
Seeing Kevin's interaction with y'all and animals you could tell he was much more relaxed and light hearted, good to see that light hearted nice in him. Daniel you always put people at ease and just plan silly. And Dutch is totally a good sport thank y'all for sharing to others
Hi goodmorning Daniel, where's Huston? We in subcriber's land miss him,big shoutout to Huston. God bless, enjoyed the videos, the goats look in wonderful healt.great job, thanks for sharing Daniel.
Jerk Face Jr. Is growing into a good looking fellow. I'll have to keep an eye out for the babies of the Spanish and the Keiko Nannies. Then of course, there will be Jr.'s and the dwarf mixes. Thank you Daniel for taking us with you.
Love all 3 of your channels so inspiring now I will be moving in a month to 3.2 acres of land so that I can have a bigger homestead especially with goats❤
Hey Daniel you need to get some of the Spanish goats and mix them with your goats. I bet that you all would have beautiful kids. Loves and hugs from the little old lady in Alamogordo New Mexico USA. May God bless you and your family
I love your videos and I love you so much I am a boy but it doesn't matter because we are brother in Christ Jesus name we pray give this a 👍 if you agree and on the video also turn on your post note & sub
I really enjoyed this video. Seeing 3 of my favorite homesteaders together 😁 Thank you for sharing Daniel. Have a Blessed Week **HUGS & PRAYERS** from Kelly and critters at Piney Haven Homestead.
Since all three of you are together I have a collaborative video idea. If someone is fixing to start homesteading what are some farm animals to start with that bring in a quicker cash flow? Most farm animals only have a yearly income. What animals would you (all three of you) recommend as a starting farm animal for its usefulness and potential profit with a low investment? Video collaboration please! Daniel Dutch and Hidden Heights.
Daniel thank you so much for the collaboration with Kevin. We are so proud of Bub (Kevin) and Rachel. They work so hard and you showcased that perfectly. I am a proud Momma. We also want to say Thank you for your service in the streets. Judy
It’s amazing how much ur channel has grown Daniel!!! 168,000 and growing, thats because y’all tug at so many heartstrings with simple family life ❤️my daughter and I love y’all have a blessed day Arms Family ❤️
Sheep are not dumb. They are smart we had one sheep that could open four locks on the fence it finally took us 5 locks to keep her from letting out all of our 200 sheep and lambs . I can tell the difference between sheep and goats and lambs and kids . My niece shower hair sheep in 4-H plus a few other breeds . I know how to trim goats hoofs and milk them .
Great video, I enjoy watching your channel and learning new things. I watched this after seeing the one with the new boat and noticed it hooked up to your truck in the background in this video! 😂😂
We watch you all the time on our big screen :) We just love your videos - love that gate if we get goats here next year we will have to look into it. We almost did a goat this year but my husband is more of a birdman . - Ruthie :)
Spanish can handle the cold but they do need a shelter to get into in extreme conditions. I would recommend getting a line of Spanish that have the cashmere coat for colder climates.
I swear Daniel, the more I follow you the more money I spend. LOL We finally got moved in to our new little 5 acre place. (Not too far from you.) The previous owner raised milk goats. We were wanting to raise some meat goats. But we need something as maintenance free as we can get. Working on cleaning up pasture right now. Want to have fencing updated and be ready for animals by Spring. Which do you think would be easier for a newbie to handle? Kikos or Spanish? Is there a major difference in cost? Is there much of a market for either one in your (our) area?
I watch all 3 of ur channels and learn alot to the point after we get our property and finances all set up and in order, I'm wanting hogs & pigs, a milking cow, a heffer, a bull, & chickens. If I succeed with the chickens, which won't be hard, I'm wanting to try quail. Then maybe get at least 1 to 2 horses. But we will be getting a donkey to go in with our cows and bull to keep our coyote problems away. We have snakes on steroids around our area so our chicken and quail and may even have rabbits will be in snake proof coops 😂😂. I dont want just laying chickens and quail, we're gonna get to where we don't have to buy our meats from the store. The cows are for breeding and milking, the bull is to breed and the babies will be for our table. Thks for teaching me things even when it comes to gardening. Keep up with the good work.
Hi Arms family love watching your videos. All though I am not a church goer I believe in freedom of speech right to speak your mind. You have an awesome family Daniel. Love your channel. Although I am handicapped live on my disability check I have no money for supper chats I have watched every video RU-vid has of yours and have gave you thumbs up on every video. Keep them coming you have no idea how much enjoyment I get from watching them. Thank you
Great video. Love all 3 channels. Those Spanish goats are beautiful. You should get you some of the Spanish goats. They sound like they are pretty much maintenance free. And they would look good on your farm.
I found Dutch a long time ago through your channel. Then, I was introduced to Kevin’s channel this year through Dutch’s channel. Three of my favorites in one video!
Hey my brother Daniel you’re right Kevin does have a great place but you have a awesome Homestead also I would love to have a place like any of the three of you guys As always thank you for sharing your day and be safe on the interstate
Great fun and informative video. All I know about goats is that I love bar be cue goat tacos and burritos, BIG YUMMMM !! Spanish goats you say? Hmmmmm..
sheep are the dumbest animal, my vet tech teacher told me that she saw a sheep being chased around by a chicken for many many days, then one day that sheep decided it would rather die than be chased around by a little chicken. Once they lose the will to live there's no bringing them back. Funny how Jesus Christ often compares us to sheep in his flock, I see pretty dumb stuff all the time on youtube so I can see the comparison. Also if you wanted to know the second dumbest animal, it's the turnkey. If we freed every captive turken they would mostly all be dead the next rainstorm. They drown from staring up at the sky from watching the rain fall with their mouths open. They take on to much water and drown out of water. That's why you have to have a shelter from the rain for them. wild turkey don't suffer from this, but captive ones do... no idea why though.
It's nice to see the 3 stooges together. LOL. All three of you have nice places. I'm hoping to move and get more land in the next two years so I can start a bigger homestead. I have 1 plus acres in a gated community so I'm restricted on everything I want to do. Have a Good Weekend
I like that channel! I've been watching HHF for the last month. I just can't with that Dutch guy..don't watch his channel, or the colabs with handsome Daniel :(
I have 2 Kiko mix, Mom and doe, mom's hooves were terrible when I got her but taking care of it a little at a time. Baby is scared to death of people from rough handling, trying to get her calmed down before looking at her feet. I have learned a lot from you Daniel, and Semper Fi to Dutch ! I subbed Hidden Heights also.
Just as you said a few weeks or months ago , to go way way back and see the older video when Weston was younger and shot his first deer, dam dam the sheer joy, excitment on his face was just outstanding. u should repost some of those old video with Weston am sure they will get u alot alot more views, just have to rename those old video's and i know people will love them, again the sheer excitment on his face was outstanding, few words could decribe it.
Love to watch all 3 of y'all. Kevin is very knowledgeable. It's cool to see all 3 of you together. Still funny that a goat man picked lamb and a sheep guy pick the goat. Maybe it's because it was something different to you. Be safe, be good, God bless
So, how did the SPANISH-KIKO cross turn out?? Did you find out anything special or any special attributes?? It seems to me like Kiko does are a tad bit bigger than Spanish does. Correct me if I am wrong.
I so enjoy Kevin's dog Mojo. Just like Bear. Part of the family and still doing their job. Gary Walkers dog with the only important job on the farm is not part of the family.
I crossed my all black Spanish doe with my black/ silver NZ kiko buck, and I got a brown black and white calico looking buckling lol. I was sure I would get a beautiful black or dark kid, but didn’t work out for me. Anyway adding the kiko gave me a larger bodied goat so I am pleased.
I have a beautiful Great Pyrenees female she turned five November on Thanksgiving of 2022 and she is humongous she has got big feet big bones she is way over a hundred pounds I wish I could put a picture on here!
