I was sick of waiting lol. I picked up the 2006 pair last month, and it's the best sneaker purchase I ever made. The suede is insane! And the comfort is mega mega. I had to buy a used, but very good condition pair as my size on StockX is like a thousand dollars, and no way was I paying that, even for a grail.🙏🏻👊

Bordeaux and og huarache and the infrared 6 are my three fave Hatfield shoes. He was in the zone for that period like, ridiculously good. Also knocked out the air max 93 and it does have his style too. Design genius.

Nice to see the 7s getting some love. My first Jordans back in ‘92 were 7s and will always have a soft spot for them, but nostalgia aside, I just feel they’re a wicked design that flies under the radar. Waiting for the flints order to arrive, but so far, from what I’ve seen, an 8/10 seems reasonable.

I think both the 6s and 7s are SUPER slept on. I like the darker grey better than the lighter 2006 pairs. I don’t have the 06 but I’ve seen videos that compare the 2 and I like the 2021 release better.

Yes sir! And as long as the midsole stays bonded to the upper, the shoe will last 30+ years. With the air bladder internalized the midsole don't crack. Can't beat a good j7, no way. 🙏🏻👊

honorable mention Jordan 7s for sure. Definitely copping. Wish they'd fix the slant of the toe on all the Jordans to make it less round. That's the biggest difference I see between these and the previous pair

The pictures that they have are brand new I couldn’t understand but I took an L. I want them so badly. I didn’t know what I had back in 2006 lmao😭😢🥺

Your 2006 flint 7s have to be wearable? I have some 7s from 92 and I still wear them. now granted, I had to re bond the midsole to the upper, but that midsole ain't crumbling anytime soon. 👍

I was always drawn to the 7 more than the 6. My first pair of retros were the cardinal 7s in 2006 (still have them since theyre wearable but the midsole is slowly peelin off) and I also really wanted the citrus or these flint joints. Love how the 7 has the same call out designs as thebhuaraches since tinker designed both of them and they rolled out the same year

Just bought myself a pair of the 2006 citrus 7s, and they're the best sneaker purchase I ever made. The suede quality is insane, and the comfort is second to none. I highly recommend you buy a pair. 👍

@@imMATTure luckily I bought a used pair, but in good condition, so the midsole had taken weight before. The midsole is still bonded well to the upper and I have maybe worn them out about 6/7 times this last month. I can't keep them off my feet lol. You could probably wear a 92 j7 and it would be ok, as long as the glue still holds.the midsole is super strong because the air unit is internalized. 👍

@@TheRetroManRandySavage I think I replied to one of your comments, but the citrus 7’s are next on my list to cop along with the ‘04 Olympics. So far I got the Chambrays, ‘06 Cardinals, ‘02 French Blues and Charcoal/Raptors. They all hold up well, minus some minor tab cracks. Somehow they all hold up better than the ‘11 Bordeaux’s, which started separating a couple years back; I did restore them though.

Ok so this is the 1 for me... April 22, 2006 Boca Raton, Fl. Boca Town center my first ever shoe/Jordan I got that started my retro addiction.. These released along side the Cardinals the same day and I only could afford these but I also never knew the Cardinals was an OG color way... coincidentally I saw my now cousins husband up there and he was getting the Cardinals... these have a special place in my heart, and I still have my 06’ pair. I was in the 11th grade.🔥🔥🔥

I feel like term "Raptors" just stuck and was repeated by everyone. If im not mistaken the Charcoal 7s released in 92, Raptors were not even a team at the time so they would definitely not be called the "Raptors".

DAMN!!! Buckets gave it a 8!!! I just ordered mine today and I was shocked I could still cop online from Eastbay. But alot of sneakerheads told me quality was amazing so I jumped online thinking they'd all be sold out and rhe very first site I hit let me put my size in and buy. I hope I'm super impressed
