Somebody send Steve Nash some tequila, man is gonna need it dealing with Kyrie and Harden. KD has never been a problem player, so he's not going to raise a fuss, he just wants to ball. Kyrie and his 3s and Harden and his attitude, that team will be wild to watch, good or bad.
@@Big_3000 some of his comments have actually been funny since the trade, but he's also trying waaaayyyyy to hard on a lot of them as well. And most people on YT house lames anyway that find ANYTHING funny ,.so that ain't saying much.
@Kyroh Rin he admitted on inside the nba that he ate his way out of getting traded by 76ers and even played a game in summer camp drunk so that he could go elsewhere. He did however play a season with Philly before getting sent to Phoenix
@@enevramajestikah6759 😭😭😭 they was gonna make the playoffs anyway it’s championship or bust for the nets so if nets don’t win the championship it’s a L for them.
I think the Rockets will get better chemistry wise And have a solid team. I just wonder will the Rockets ever retire James Harden’s Jersey in the future 😂 he was eligible for it but idk now
It’s championship or bust for this team, imagine if Lebron had this team.. the media trying to take it easy on the nets .. no! Lebron beats this team it will just help his legacy even more
Luka Dončić at center for sure, but they have more firepower now. Lebron and AD don’t have to carry the load like last year and kcp is still there as their 3rd leading scorer in last years playoffs. They can still get it done
@@MrGenexxx u not making sense tbh , u did forget bron and lakers had alot of injuries and Ad wanted out of New Orleans and he's a fan of bron so why not play with your fav player
Can't say anything yet, it depends on how the Nets fare out with this loaded juggernaut. It is very possible for things to get worse with Kyrie, but KD & James Harden could pop off. The Rockets though are sort of approaching that phase of starting fresh, so although in the short term they aren't where they want to be, in the future they could be set up for success with the boat load of picks they got as well. Hey guys, we are a group of high school students who run our own sports talk show, talking about the latest NFL/NBA developments, including this trade drama. We try our best to provide some fresh takes, and would highly appreciate any support!
I don't like this team. They've achieved the next level to being "top heavy." Unless Kyrie can humble himself, and they somehow pull off getting a reputable bench, this'll be disastrous. Lakers in 4.
KD is injury prone, Harden and Kyrie are both cancers who, at any sight of adversity will opt out of playing. There is a very small percentage that this works. Brooklyn gave up their future to get a measly 1 maybe 2 seasons.
@@the_niko_river For sure a little chance, but if it can, they got a squad. Only time shall tell. One thing's certain though: We will be covering this trade drama and latest developments on our sports talk show @Buzzer2Buzzer. Would highly appreciate any support!
@@lacydoe well who was it on?, was it on dwight howard?, CP3 and Melo?, CP3?, or Russell Westbrick??, they gave this man every thing he wanted, coach even let him dribble the ball 100 times a game and take 50 shots a game coz that’s what he wanted. Got him an MVP for it and any other star player could’ve won MVP that season and put up better numbers if they played the way he did..
@@TheHezzii They system they wanted got Howard out, you forget the main stream sports was crappin in Howard frfr. Same with melo, the catch and shoot with 3 secs left system got him off the team. Cp3 was literally told he won’t be traded to the thunder and still was traded to the thunder. Harden wanted them to keep Dan Toni and the other Dan who is now in Philly. They didn’t let him dribble dribble, that’s what they made him do and then build a small lineup around that. Each year harden produced with mvp numbers, you seriously can’t deny that. But, now that Harden wants a change for himself, it’s mostly his fault.....
@@TheHezzii I forgot about W.b..... how could you even bring his name into it frfr. W.b was in the way and we all seen it. That was a front office decision to get wall for w.b not because James told them to let him go. James also wanted to keep Dan Toni and Dan who was making the moves and Clint....... but you see what they still need up doin
Rockets got a lot of value from someone demanding a trade (and everyone knew he was demanding a trade). The Nets are probably the losers in all this, unless they can find someone on their team that can play defence. They already had issues with defence, then trade away Allen and got Harden. They'll score 150 a game, but can they keep their opponents from scoring 155?
That was the problem with the run N gun style (before it became the triangle) Teams like the Suns would average 120 a game and give up 125. So, its funny you say that.
Ppl underestimate how good the rockets backcourt will be. That's two elite offensive and defensive players. They're gonna be a rly good offensive and defensive team
@@tayythabest2761 wall and victor only got injured once in there career. Those were big injury's but there not injury prone like Chris Paul, ben simmons Joel embid or someone like that. They got a bunch of picks and now have good young players in victor and Christian wood. there gonna be like a 6-8 seed without having to tank so there winners considering the position they were in.
@@pablomartinez8748 and Victor hasn't been nearly the same after his injury and going on 30, Wall already there. You're definitely delusional if you think that's a elite backcourt. Especially in the west.
If the nets don’t make it to the finals kd,kyrie, and harden can’t get that off them will be the first time where 3 superstars don’t make it to the finals on the same team don’t even try to bring up bron cause Chris Bosh wasn’t considered a superstar he was considered an all star
1:20 Max was immediately wrong. Kawhi went to Toronto, not LA. Kyrie went to Boston, not BK. Westbrook I’m sure did not want to go to the Wizards. Chris Paul got traded off the Rockets without even knowing. This is still a business.
Actually, I agree with SAS. Picks offer no guarantees. That's why the Rockets had been trading them away in recent years to surround Harden with talent. Can anyone say that anyone of those picks will give Houston a player at least as good as Ben Simmons? No. So, then taking Ben Simmons, which is already a guaranteed great player would have been the best trade. You can surround him with shooters to make up for his lack of shooting. It was the most rational trade to make but I think Harden's pressure, and possibly behind the scenes grudges between Morey and Fertita prevented that trade from happening. But at least, we made off like bandits as Max said. We gave Brooklyn Harden but they gave away the farm for him. Hope it was worth it because if they don't win a title, they're stuck, and we have options. Houston wins in the end.
ROckets got a ton of picks and got rid of "I love tig bitties over trophies J Harden" The Rockets are clearing the books and will be signing stars in a few years and getting top picks. See ya in a couple of years.
There is gonna be trouble in Brooklyn, Kyrie could not stand being LeBrons shadow, you really think he will be ok being not the second option but the third? He is now the shadow of both Harden and Durant
John Wall was being forced to play shooting guard with harden in the lineup and was still playing well. He’ll fit a lot better with Oladipo, and this will improve their defense as well. 8 first round picks in addition makes it a huge steal especially since Houston has so many veterans that will probably be gone soon
Philly just blew their chance at making the finals. James was either going Philly or Brooklyn & regardless how much they like Ben Simmons, they gotta know that it’s better to lose Simmons for harden than to let Harden to go to the nets
KD, HARDEN, KYRIE, NO D? LAKERS IN 5, not even close to beating lakers, U need 3 stars to beat a lebron team, now he has AD, & that 3rd superstar his name, Schroeder-Harrell. KYRIE NOT FEELING THIS @ ALL😂😂😂
Harden can't move off the ball at all so he'll ruin it as well. Kyrie and harden are also probably gonna be one of the worst defensive backcourts in the league
Its not likely at all but... If the rockets took it all this year it would be hilarious to me. I predict the lakers win again, Brooklyn will have to adjust to being a team, the clippers will be a problem but wont finish, and Kyrie will disappoint us all somehow...
Nets traded their biggest asset to winning a championship, which was the fact that they had a very good Center and a very good 6th man. They now have no defence whereas the Rockets have regained the future they traded away. Harden wanted out and Houston did a decent deal. Deal with Philly must have been number one, but the 4 picks + 4 picks swaps was too good to turn down apparently
I don't think people are understanding the play here. From the nets' perspective, this is an insurance on Kyrie. He may get traded this year and harden takes his spot as primary ball handler. If kyrie decides to act like a punk or is disruptive upon a possible return, they can just trade him. Its puts the nets back in the driver's seat and gives them the leverage in how they handle Kyrie. My money is Kyrie gets traded. WIth durant and harden on the team, it does not need to be necessarily for another all star but some commentary pieces.
