I don't think anybody else has commented about how *tons* of people in the USSR had given names coined in the Soviet era, based on the name of Lenin. Examples include Vilen, Vladilen, and over a hundred other names.

Although this person wasn't related and not much information about him, this person born in 1963 was a Russian Army officer and the Hero of Russia who died in 2003. Also, what Olga Ulyanova said was right. Because before Lenin's death, Lenin actually wanted to be burried with his mother. Yet for some reason, Stalin ordered Lenin's body to be mummified instead of fulfilling Lenin's last will to be burried with his mother.
