Who knows what Pokemon has planned my dudes, a blank year is actually fine at the end of the day! But now that it's finally May I just wanted to gather my thoughts again Which side would you take, something coming this year or blank year?

I definitely think if we're getting any Pokemon games this year, regardless if its a remake, spin offs etc etc i think we'll get the first teaser in June i think may seems like a weird month for any announcements imo. My hot take Is its either a new spin off entirely or its Explorers of Sky Remake

Fellas, I'm sorry, but TTar is the only person who can put a title like this on YT and actually have a LOGICAL way of supporting said title. The opposite is true, Pokemon want to pause making games to create a hype season. No point releasing half-baked DLC’s this year as they’ve realised the current fan’s perception of Pokemon is that they’re making rushed games. Have a pause and come back with a bang ready for the new hype season

If they had plans for a Pokémon game for THIS year, they would've said so on Pokémon Day. And it's probably for the best that we wait until Z-A releases in 2025 because the last thing anyone wants is to have another game like SV, where it's rough around the edges.

Drayton's stupid haircut (that props Carmine secretly likes) was the "mega symbol" but that is a stretch lol. He also had a sceptile, which is a dragon type pokemon...but only becomes a dragon when it mega evolves.

Could be the kid with the cook uniform tieing it to french cuisine lol.

Key to the next game: The red-haired Kid Crispin. Now, Crispin is from Unova, yet has zero Unovan Pokemon on his team. He does have an Exeggutor though which is strange for a Fire trainer. He could've had Chandeleur instead of his Rotom (Heat) and Emboar instead of Blaziken to make that Unovan feel stand out more. He doesn't have much identity with the Pokemon from his region. He's also a chef, which was an already used concept in this game through a more fleshed out character Arvin. The important part was he almost got kicked out of the BB Elite Four given the pecking order of things when Kieren was dethroned. All these details to say this. Crispin is a patchwork of things that make him the weakest and least fleshed out in a DLC that really fleshed out a lot of characters. I think Crispin is gonna take this near failure seriously and choose to make a lot of changes. He'll ask for training advice from the strongest BB Elite Four member, the Dragon Tamer Drayton and shift to Dragon types. He'll head back to his hometown of Virbank City and form a new rivalry against the gym leader Roxie, a Musician. He'll pick up a new hobby here and drop the cooking. What I'm getting at here is Crispin will combine these new changes and ascend the throne to the mystery character Ryuki. Their two toned hair colors are almost completely similar and still spiky. Eye colors aren't that far off from each other either but Ryuki's eyes are usually whited out anyways. In the anime, Ryuki uses two Dragon types that come directly from Unova in his match against Ash even though he's in Alola. In the games, none of his dragon type Pokemon come from Unova. To me, all these little inconsistencies, little details and similarities point to Crispin becoming Ryuki. And Ryuki being an Alolan trainer means to me we'll be doubling back over battle gimmicks (as we are with Mega Evolution) so Alola will be our next revisit and the "mystery region" Ryuki comes from will be the next Main series game we focus on. More sense is added in when you think we'll get a lot of understanding on past technologies with the next Legends game so the Aether foundation will have a lot of interesting things to offer. Of course, Zygarde was in those games as well for some reason. Colress is from Unova and ends up in Alola. Theres a lot of connectivity to these two games. (The U.S. and Hawaii obviously but in-gamr lore really does so much to connect these two storylines together.)

Although its fun to read theories and speculation, I don't think we're getting games this year. Now there's a chance we might, but based on the pattern of when remakes are released, we're likely not getting one until gen 10. If you ask me on what I'd like this year(if we do get a game), I would love to see a new Mystery Dungeon game, but I'm not gonna get my hopes up until we get official news.

Based on theory, I think Gen IX will go until October 2026 but still no idea if it's true or false, as looking for the past years where every year that ends with 6 always come up with new generation and new region. Like 1996 Gen I started then 2006 Gen IV started. Gen VII started in 2016, probably Gen X will start in 2026?

If that final timeline is what happens, depending on whether Pokemon Works gives a Crystal or HGSS on Switch we'll know whether to expect Emerald or ORAS from them.

My one thing is, Crispin does comment on being demoted from the league & we've never heard how any of that works within the elite four. The dlc in general talking about the hierarchy of how their league works & their kinda "royal" status

Ngl I think Khu was no real leaker and he just echoed shit he heard from the Chinese forums. Same with people like Kaka, I think everyone in the Chinese community thought they were getting something (BW remakes) and were hit with a curveball and realize everyone’s fake no one has a reliable source and are scrambling for some sort of like straws or anything and Khu is just trying to hold his credibility while not knowing shit.

My thought about the release schedule ever since Z-A was announced was that Z-A would come out in January 2025, similar to how PLA came out in January 2022, and then gen 10 would be announced on Pokemon Day 2025 so they could continue the 3-year generational cycle. Everyone’s assuming Z-A will come out in late 2025, but we don’t have any proof of that yet, so it could easily come out in early or even mid-2025.

If there’s really nothing this year, i feel like Z-A will come out in Q1 of 2025 instead of November. I could imagine a crazy may Pokémon presents where gen 1&2 come out on nso gameboy, there’s a port of gen 5, and they announce a kintaro movie with a relativity small SV tie in. I don’t know how khu’s hint in this video would fit

Grasping the key of the lore? Like a Key stone? I’d make a good bet that mega evolution will be a huge part of the lore in legends Z-A. Maybe one of these characters will have an ancestor from kalos.

Most likely, this year will be a repeat of 2015. The game in November will be a remake of a side game, or a new side game in general. In Nov 2015, Super MD released. I HIGHLY doubt a gen 2 or gen 5 remake is happening this year

I hope we don’t get a rushed main-series game. I’d be okay with getting more events for S/V to carry the dry season, something like Tera Raid Battles with mythical Pokémon from the past or new encounters in Paldea (similar to what the Daybreak Update did for PLA)

What if, Khu was being literal in this picture? They are all grasping pokeballs, so we can rule that out. Crispin is grasping a fry pan, but that can't mean anything. The only other person grasping anything is Drayden. He is grasping onto Crispin's shoulder. Crispin is THE KEY! I believe Khu threw in the "not Lacey" part just to throw people off.

Drayton is the key character to the next game. He's the Elite 4 of the Polar Biome, which is wierd because he's a Dragon user. This makes me think that maybe he Owns or Befriended a Kyurem and will use it in a battle in the BW Remakes.

If there is a new mainline Pokémon game released this year for 2024 then it would be announced in May this month or June. Since let’s go was announced in May of 2018 and released in November of 2018, Oras was announced in May in 2014 and released in November of 2014, and ultra sun and moon was announced in June of 2017 and released in November of 2017. Not every Pokémon game gets announced in February on Pokemon day. I don’t know if we will get mystery dungeon since the company that makes the mystery dungeon games and probably busy with their own games that they make as well. The only thing that we know is the tcg pocket for this year in 2024. The next time we get more information for legends z-a is may, June, or August.

We’re probably getting either a generation 5 remake or rerelease this year. The reason it hasn’t been revealed yet, is because it’s coming out for the Switch 2. Which will probably come with duel screens

I think we wont see anything anymore tbh. If TPC announces anything this year I'd imagine it'd be related to the mobile games and then a small teaser or nothing at all for Z-A. The Nintendo switch has been out for way too long so I'm expecting Z-A to be Switch 2 release. Its just the perfect game for a Pokémon hardware test like Let's Go was for the switch.

Everyone keeps saying one break year but the last year was technically a break year too because we got DLC and both of those DLCs combined aren't even 1/3 of the size of a Pokemon game.

I’m by no means saying this will happen, but isn’t it funny how they chose to release Legends Z-A in the same year as the 20 year anniversary of Emerald. Keep in mind, Hoenn is the only region where we really saw a lot of reference to the mega timeline (like Kalos). I wonder if that is in the works behind the scenes. So many people shouting Johto/Unova. What if both of those are just flat out wrong?

I hope we’d get a spin off this Fall. The question is, which one? If we look at history, I think the only time we’ve ever not received a main series release was 2015 with Pokemon Super Mystery Dungeon instead of what we assumed would be Pokemon Z. But Spike Chunsoft just released Shiren The Wanderer and I don’t think they’ll have time for another release in time. We just received a new Snap game. So, I don’t know if we’ll get that. Ranger is going to be hard to implement without the touch screen from the 2DS and 3DS. Detective Pikachu Returns was released last year. Conquest seems to have been forgotten. Who knows if they’ll make another Rumble installment? Genius Sonority’s been occupied with Cafe Mix. So, I doubt we’ll even get so much as a battle simulator from them. I doubt we’ll get a TCG game since they have a bunch of online stuff. So, that leaves us with PokePark. Again, seems kind of forgotten by the company. So, I really don’t know. Maybe they’ll release something new? Maybe they’ll fill in the time with events for Go, Unite, Masters, and Sleep? The next few months are gonna have me wicked stressed lol
