It is not for how long you should sleep... it is how well (deep) you sleep..a 4, 5 hours of good sleep is enough...

Sleep is very much like hunger! It is needed only as much as individual bodies require. So there is no set rules of requirements! Eat when you are hungry and sleep when you feel sleepy! That is the natural healthy way!

Best time to sleep is to sleep before 12am as acc to yogic philosophy is 1 hour of sleep is equal to 2hours of sleep ...so sleeping by 9pm to 12am covers 6hrs of sleep and another 3hours of sleep ...a person gets 9hours and wakes up fresh rejuvenated. Dinner to be eaten by 7pm. I practice dis since 4years and i hv seen a difference in my health overall. Thank u all gbu

There are four stages of sleep cycle , each cylces last for approx 90 minutes. We need 6-7 cycles in ne sleep, that approximately comes as 6-7 hours. Whenever we sleep we should complete atleast one cycle. So when we sleep for less than an hour, it does nothing, but make us feel tired when we wake up. In short 6-7 hrs of sleep is aboslutely necessary for better productivity of our mind.

There is no rule for sleep. It totally depends on the individual. Like, likes and dislikes. Body is the best machine to take care of everything including sleep.

I sleep from 3 to 6 and then again from 9 to 12 30 .. my hairs started greying from 2% grey hair to 30% grey hair . Even beard and mustache is grey within 8 months .. this caused harmonal imbalance and produces less eumelanin

it depends other factors also.. doing more sex or mastrubation gets white hair quickly... sugar levels, thyroid issues etc.. not just one.. sleep is imp, usually it lasts for 8h we know.. but, deep sleep is more imp, sleep 8h, but 3 times went to washroom, that can not be 8h sleep..

l wish for an army of doctors who think like you, Sir, to stem the rot in the profession! The medical education today is managed more on a corporate philosophy. That is why there is over treatment of ailments, many of which need no treatment at all. The art of personalised clinical medicine has been given up for instrument dependent impersonal medicine. We need more family practitoioners, than specialists to make medical practice humane!

Normally older people need much less sleep the people in their 30s. I am not a medical expert. But the claim that sleeping less would have no impact on physical and mental health seems unfounded and propagated for the sake of alternative treatments and therapies. Less sleep makes me jittery.

while sleeping in moving bus air gushes into your nostrils oxygen level increases this makes you more relaxed you will be more relaxed if you travel in out skirts

@@Shuru12345 yes. However sleeping needs, patterns is so individualistic. So so complex too. So each should figure out what is🤫 best for them and what works. No third party can tell. To me going early and getting up early with my designated hours of sleep helps me.

People these days are diagonized with Diabetes due to lack of sleep ...Also research say sleeping early and getting up early is the best pattern to have... !! we are talking about Mass pattern and there are always outliers!
