Dr. Hegde, I go with your submission without any hitch. I have been enjoying walking in the early morning hours since last more than 35 years. When my neuro Brain alerts me i am physically tired....i feel walking would take away my tiredness....& i go enjoy that walk any part of the day. The beauty,the kind of pleasure i derive is ultimate....no words to frame that state of mind. Being with nature is a unique experience. Many thanks to Dr. for sharing this praiseworthy narrative.

@suvramitachakraborty- Use Ginger and Coconut oil in cooking and give the food to the Alzhemier affected person it will slow down further deterioration along with Dr prescribed medicine.

There are no benefits of walking. Doesn't reduce sugar. Has hardly any effect on the heart unless you are jogging or walking too fast. Doesn't reduce weight or belly fat. Just wears out your knee bones. That's all. Only benefit I can see of walking is that you can look at passing sights, if you are a road walker.
