In this video I'll show you what riders with average skills look like when taking an advanced riding course. You'll see their mistakes, and how they over came their mistakes. www.ridelikeap...
Thank you for your time and videos @Jerry Palladino I just now Ordered your videos Again thank you and God-bless Praying for fast and speedy recovery for your wife
Thanks for staying at this all these years! You provide a service that saves lives, while keeping the sport active. It's -3° degrees here in Flint Michigan this morning, looks beautiful there!
Ok Robert. I'm by South Haven Mi. It was 3 degrees as well this morning and we just got 4 more inches overnight adding to the 18 inches we got on Wednesday. I'm ready for spring so I can get out riding again. 😌 love to see other people from Michigan on here. Jerry is an excellent instructor and explains his videos like a pro lol. Learned alot from just watching his videos. Be safe 🙏
Glad to her she is home. I had both knees replaced last year in March and bought a used goldwing in july. Best wishes on her hip recovery. Thanks for your help from this 61 year old just returning to riding old fart.
What I used to think, and what most people don't realize....is you do not charge riders to set up cones, they could probably set up themselves.... You charge for your feedback... and it is worth it. You are so sharp at spotting the errors that cause failure. Nice video!
It’s a shitty 0* with -6F windchill here in Chicago Winter been so bad there’s been not a day of riding possible since the last week of December Def suffering from PMS (parked motorcycle syndrome)
Prayers up for Donna for a very speedy recovery!! Love the video as always, and as soon as the weather breaks here in the Blue Ridge of Southern Virginia, Ive got to get back to practicing before Spring. IF YA DONT USE IT YOU LOSE IT :)
Just placed my order. My 16 year-old son just bought his first Harley. Looking forward to watching the videos with him, and helping him practice. Thanks, Jerry.
As a novice rider, I appreciated this. Hoping Donna is up & out riding soon. Rehab's the most important! Can't beat the current deal on your videos, I'll be ordering!😁👍
Glad to hear Donna is home and recovering. I hope to see her back on the Revival soon. Thanks for the kind words for us poor souls up here in New England. With all the snow and ice we've had we should be thawed out by June. 🥶 Keep the awesome video's coming.
SIERRA HOTEL, Donna! Do what you're supposed to do to heal up, don't rush it! This time of year, yes, average, even having been riding since 1968. No matter how advanced or experienced a rider is, skills degrade if not used -- and winter just isn't my time to ride, not in any place where you can look down and see snow. I'm looking forward to playing in the cones, probably later this month. I'll be the guy hoping that nobody I know goes by while I do!
Well wishes to Donna to a speedy recovery. My GF Robin, has her shoulder surgery on the 16th. Anyway, I love watching your course videos, it is so good and reminds of my old instructor days. I hope so day soon we come down to New Port Richie to see your dear friend. If we do, I will holler at you and say hello Sir !
Great to hear Ms. Donna is home and resting and hopefully in full recovery mode. You can’t keep a good woman down so I have confidence that she’ll be back out with you very soon - and keeping you honest 😉. Just saw your deal and will place that order. Thanks for the great instructions.
Thank you Mr Palladino, I'm a new rider and I have been watching your vidioes, You are a fantastic instructor, I have learned a great deal from your vedios.Alway looking foward to seeing more. I do practice on my bike,Royal Enfield,350, weather permitting,(L.I.N.Y.)Taking the M.T.C. later this month, again thank you for your service, And your training excellence. Have a great season. thanks ,Richard
Hi Jerry, just bought your ultimate experience. I absolutely love your channel and content. I definitely want to step things up a notch in my riding. I own a 2020 Triumph Scrambler XE that I off-road a lot. I need to brush up my street skills. Some of your skills might even help me on dirt!
Are my motorcycle skills average? I would say that I am an experienced beginner. I rode for sixteen years, but have had a twenty one year break from motorcycles, and now back to riding again. I do practice in parking lots because of the long hiatus from riding. It is a great feeling to be back riding again, and wonder to myself why I stopped for so long. Now that I am riding again, I practice at least thirty minutes before I start my rides. The other day I practiced for four hours, and realized I needed to get some fuel, but it was a great day of practice. I like to practice close to sunset. The store parking lot I practice in closes at 5pm, so I have a clear parking lot for as long as I want. Practicing at dusk also helps me to practice at night riding.
I gotta be honest I have purchased videos and a book from you love em all. I almost think I've learned more watching these freebies on RU-vids still great stuff.!!!
Yes saw myself in your video. Its not that I'm scared to lean the bike but more a case of if I drop it I'm not sure I'm going to be able to pick it up again. 😢
Hi Motorman i hope that Donna is doing well , if you really care if i am trying to be a good rider you would send me a plane ticket to Florida and get me the hell out of New York lol well guess i am going to have to just watch your videos till spring comes. stay safe and hope that donna is doing well.
I have nerve damage in my left hand that makes stop and go traffic painful. I have a 2018 Limited. If I have an auto clutch, like the Rekluse, put on my bike, would I still be able to preload, or use the friction zone with the throttle for slow maneuvering?
Best wishes to Donna for a healthy recovery. Jerry, I'm currently riding a 2016 xl1200c sportster. Looking to take longer trips riding a bagger style bike. You mentioned that the HD's have a shorter wheel base etc. for better handling. Could you name one or two specific models to consider. Thinking about used bikes 15 to 20 K. Thanks.
Hi jerry your videos are great and informative I watch your videos all the time, I’ve gotten my riding skill level up to where I can perform the figure 8 within 4 parking spaces but I’m using rear brake, should I be practicing without it? By the way I hope Donna has a speedy recovery and is back on her bike soon 🙏🏻 thanks and have a great day!
Hey Jerry. Funny what you said about HD bikes having more travel from lock to lock. How is that some motor officers just hate HDs? I once bumped into a San Diego motor officer and asked his opinion on HD. Let's just keep this conversation PG if you follow me. Lol. He ripped on HD like you wouldn't believe. I didn't tell him I was a Milwaukee native otherwise, he might have not been so blunt. So, do you think cops that ride Hondas or BMWs are just so used to them that they're blinded to any other bike? I mean maybe HDs require more time to attain mastery of the skills required as a motor officer but when you get ANY bike loaded with all of the emergency equipment and rifles and ammo, the damn things can weigh as much or more than a HD!! So why do some cops just hate HDs? Any idea? Thx and best wishes to Donna!
Why do some people who never even rode a Harley, hate them. Why do some people who have no intention of buying a Harley, complain about the price of a Harley? These are questions for the ages.
@Ride Like a Pro Jerry Palladino true. I guess the ignorance of these people show they're just either blind or too stubborn to ever want to change or learn anything new. I mean a police BMW fully loaded with a laptop, an M4, and all of the 30 round clips and extra ammo factored in probably add as much weight as a Harley, wouldn't you agree? So for these ignorant people to say these things just has to make you really wonder, am I right? But as you say repeatedly, the weight shouldn't matter to a trained rider, right?
Hey, I am brand new to riding, and I have my class in a couple of weeks, but I am very nervous when turning/leaning. what is something that I can do with this to help my self so I don't mess up too bad during my class? Thanks to anyone willing to offer help.
