I've been dealing with stress and tension headaches for most of my life. Sometimes I wonder if I'm bringing them on myself through teeth clenching I seem to do at night. My dentist said you clench your teeth at night and typically your body's trying to fight out release the stress causing headaches. I've been watching your guys videos and reading the book and it helps me laugh. Some of the things you say are so point on of how I think of things, it makes me chuckle. Keep up the good work guys.
Saying It’s very hard to accept and allow is really a refusal to accept and allow. Allow that you don’t allow it. Just go neutral on the whole thing. You need to find that aha moment on your own.
You don’t need to get anxious to get symptoms. I certainly get symptoms and I kicked this ages ago. All I have to do is think or talk about it. No biggie. It’s called somatization, your unconscious is in the habit of creating symptoms. Certain events might trigger the memory at an unconscious level.
Hello! I'll start with "is it normal" 😆 Is it normal to have this blurry vision, almost constantly, visual snow, feeling like it's dim. Most of the stuff is related to my vision, and it's hard to let it go, because I see it constantly. Did someone experience this? Thanks!
