Checking your tire pressure is one of the first things you should do before a long trip. Incorrect pressure can lead to uneven wear and poor gas mileage. It’s also important to check the tread depth of your tires. “You can always use a penny to check your tread depth as well. Basically if you can see Lincoln's head, it's time to replace your tires,” said Scott Brown, the store manager.
