Airflow polishing is fantastic. I was with an NHS dentist and the staining on my teeth just wasn't shifting so I decided to go private and the first time I had the airflow treatment I could have cried with happiness. To be honest the older I get the more I think it's worth paying for private dental treatment. You get so many more treatment options.

I laughed so much with you in the garden, your conversation was funny. By the way, mice, cats, and squirrels could gnaw through these wires in the garden. After all, you have a park nearby. I'm watching again today. I found a good site where they calculated the norm of protein, fats and carbohydrates, water, physical activity per day. So today I started the path to health and good mood. If you follow their theory, then they promise 20 kg in a year. I need 60, and now I'm 82 kg. Dumbbells in hand and physical exercises 40 minutes three times a week. And I also chose the farthest library, 2 books in each hand and once a week for 3 km on foot. 😂😂😂LOL

I'm excited about the rephyr sale! Those twillys are a wonderful idea and add a lot to a purse!. Plus the sky blue leggings and sports bra for exercising! Beautiful color. I have to help Paul out, I got one of those sink things. Mine doesn't expand, it has little holes to tie it on the sink. I can put my cleaning accessories in. Straight from Amazon too! I hate to admit but I love it!

Hi Nisha! Summer is almost over and here in Quebec City we haven't had the heat like the other years. A cool summer where the temperatures are almost like autumn in the evening and night. I hope the fall will be more pleasant. I prefer these temperatures to the ones you have though. Paul is so funny with his gadgets! He surely hasn't finished surprising you with his purchases. I have Sonia G & Wayne Goss brushes but I tend to use rephr more as work horses. Both the eye & face. When I do my eyes I have the Hollywood mirror straight in front and my Simple human 5x at an angle so I can see to put it on but keep checking in the Hollywood mirror to see if it looks right at a short distance. I used to think using a regular mirror was fine & quick but then I got the Simple human (really better than any other) and discovered what I wasn't seeing??! 😳😆 Thanks for sharing!! 🤍 xo

Ps... Fake tanning is the neverending chore I find every excuse not to do; I have to exfoliate, I have to moisturize, I just showered, just put on clean white sheets, I have to shave, I'm too tired I'll do it tomorrow night, etc!!! And it's the single thing that would make me look so much better??! OMG it was so much easier to spend a few hours outside!! 🙄

I liked the treatment especially for about a week straight after it but I am not sure that it makes that much difference to justify the price, unless it is helping build collagen and I just don't notice it. I don't think I will have it done again for now, I am loving how my skin looks now but I think it is due to my new skin care which I will talk about soon xoxo

Yes, Nisha and you are right that it is good to lose weight without harming the face, because if you choose between the booty and the face, then I will choose the face. With strong weight loss, the face begins to float down⏬, and this is not very beautiful. Nisha has built and now the main thing is to stay in this weight. 😉🧡🧡🧡🧡🧡

Definitely spend kore time outside on your neck Nisha. Maybe invest into some deck fans. Love the work out clothing. I exfoliate and use my Jergens tanning lotions 2 times a week. Congratulations on your weight loss. I agree loosing too much weight may make us look older.

Lol @paul and bbqing. Just so Paul knows I do all the bbqing and many of my lady friends do as well. We live in California and most of the summer it is between 95-110 degrees Fahrenheit… btw my husband is just like Paul, he buys all the kitchen gadgets and thinks they are just awesome however he never cooks or cleans the kitchen. I’ve literally given everything he has bought to goodwill (thrift shop)!!! 😂😂😂

The white top is gorgeous. My daughters would be fantastic in it. I personally think there comes a time mature woman should cover shoulders when going out of house. Especially when the toning isn't like it use to be, just the slightly more covered look is so much more attractive. Everyone to their own. Love the blue leggings and top, you look great in them
