Ariana Grande performed '(You Make Me Feel Like) A Natural Woman' at Aretha Franklin's funeral Friday (31 AUGUST 2018).
Following her performance, Bishop Charles Ellis III apologized to Grande for thinking she was "a new something at Taco Bell." He then gave props to the 25 year-old and called her, "an icon herself."
Grande hid her face in her arm and was heard saying, "We love you, Aretha" to the crowd.
The singer and her comedian fiance, Pete Davidson, arrived at the Greater Grace Temple earlier in the day walking arm-in-arm and chatting with dignitaries including Bill Clinton before the service.
