This is my favorite track off the POM POM album so far. It's just perfectly wistful, romantic, and playfully humorous in only a way Ariel Pink can be!

I just discovered this last night and have been playing it on repeat ever since.. I feel like I've found a strange, paradigm-shifting, undiscovered fruit. New possibilities and pathways are aligning in my mind.. It's just so euphoric and brilliant down to every last detail.

Witty, bizzare and eclectic trip, easily AOTY. I give Black Ballerina 5/5 but the best is yet to come. I have no words to express how good "White freckles" and "Not enough violence" are, you just gotta experience it. Ariel, you beautiful chameleon, you did it again!

It takes an uncanny talent like Ariel Pink to make a six minute track feel like half that length. To my ears he has obviously been inspired by Queen's Bohemian Rhapsody - its multilayeredness. One of my personal faves of 2014. I wish I had his hair.

Honestly think this is Ariel's best song. But Life in LA live is hard to beat tbh.

Discovered pleasant tracks. Did I mention that I even tripped with his music; very pleasant vibe, like you are listening to some groovy underground stuff.
