It's always the same, as always Said and tongue tied It's got a memory and refrain I'm afraid, you're afraid And we die and we live and we're born again Turn me inside out What can I say Merry go 'round We go up and around we go Merry go 'round We go up and around we go Merry go 'round We go up and around we go Merry go 'round We go up and around we go Breakdown, break it down Breakdown, break it down Breakdown, break it down Breakdown, break it down Breakdown, break it down Breakdown, break it down Breakdown, break it down Breakdown, break it down You play air guitar for a band And I, I will break eardrums in the back And I'll back you up, as your frontman "Hello, oh, hi." Now that sounds right frontman write the songs that say "I like that!" Hold on, I'm calling, calling back to the ball And we'll dazzle them all, hold on Hold on, I'm calling, calling back to the ball And we'll dazzle them all, hold on Pick up the phone. And I want to go, and I want to go home now Pick up the phone. And I want to go, and I want to go home now Merry go 'round We go up and around we go now Merry go 'round We go up and around we go now Merry go 'round We go up and around we go now Lady come on in, set me free, come on in Sentimental heart breaking, everything is my fault Sentimental heart breaking, everything is my fault Hold on, I'm calling, calling me back to the ball. And we'll dazzle them all, Hold on, I'm calling, calling me back to the ball. And we'll dazzle them all, Hold on, I'm calling, calling me back to the ball. And we'll dazzle them all, Hold on, I'm calling, calling me back to the ball. And we'll dazzle them all, Hold on, I'm calling, calling me back to the ball. And we'll dazzle them all, Hold on, I'm calling, calling me back to the ball. And we'll dazzle them all, Hold on
I didn't notice a "chorus." No repeated parts except for a verse, I think. But, if you mean the hook after the first breakdown, yeah, I feel the same. Edit addition: Oops. I was wrong. There is, indeed, a verse and a chorus. I thought you might've meant the unrepeated hook after the breakdown before the first chorus. I just listened to this song today and it occurred to me to look up this post and correct myself. I still like that early bridge à la Stealy Dan the most.
@@kevincampbell5785 That's my favorite era..late 70's/early 80's "post-punk". Most excellent tunes from "those days". Or did they ever really stop?? :)
Iamhereblossom people hate him because like most talkshow hosts, hes rarely if ever interested in the guests, that goes for those on seat and on stage. it’s like having a conversation with someone in front of a huge crowd with someone you’ve never met, frantically trying to be funny and get as much attention as possible in the space of 5 minutes.
This pig year has been so meh but listening to this song for so long and then seeing ole jim jam here present these fine folks just wow im in a time loop maybe time is not linear maybe maybe maybe maybe
@@blahblah606 thanks a ton. If you like hip hop I have plenty of recommendations. My favorite song by Ariel is Kitchen Witch, prob cause it reminds me of Tears for Fears. I’ll check it out!
Lololol Ariel PUNK SUCKS! as a person and a musician... one of the worst musicians in history, and I’m glad his shitty career is being flushed down the most hilarious public shitter of all time! 😂😂😂 SUCK IT
Jimmy Dore goes on Tucker Carlson too, it’s funny that someone can go on Fox and have a discussion and have different opinion but you go on on any liberal network and do the same and you become an enemy...
