And i was watching the pack pack video. Thank you cause I'm screaming at my phone. Dump out the pack pack. I need to see it. But question. How often do you wash your clothes? How do you prevent yourself from feeling gross?
No TV show for me 🤣 it's just that backpacking is my new addiction and I really enjoy filming it. I mostly do it so I have something to look back at when I'm an old geezer. I think it's rad that I can get a nonhiker to enjoy my videos though. I just like showing people that there's more to life then just working your 9-5 job.
Lol. There's a reason why we call ourselves "hikertrash". You don't really get the luxury of being clean out here. For example, I'm on day 6 of my trip and I smell ripe. You take showers when you can and the same with your clothes. Usually there's a town every 100 miles or so. But honestly you get used to the filth, especially when other hikers are just as dirty.
No worries at all. A little reminder, these videos are a a week late on purpose. I do that so I don’t have to rush into the next town and spend all day editing and downloading. Just ran into a bit of a hiccup this time around
Honestly I just try not to compare trails if I can help it. Colorado was absolutely gorgeous but it had its lousy sections of trail too. Every trail has lousy sections though, it’s not ALWAYS gonna be beautiful views and sunshine and rainbows.
